Lovely 4BR + Bunk Room Home on the ​Bay Block in the quiet Townsend's Inlet section of Sea Isle City. Philadelphia Magazine voted 82nd St. in Sea Isle City, the Best Sunset in Sea Isle City. Enjoy bay views, spectacular sunsets, and peek ocean views from the large deck off the living room. The house is located within walking/biking distance to restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds.

The house is a 3 level home with updated furniture and appliances. Top floor: master bedroom with king bed, private bath, and private deck with cocktail table and patio furniture. Also on the top level is a 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, large deck, dining table, and outdoor patio furniture. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds and private decks with patio furniture and views of the bay. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The first floor is also the entry-level and is where the bunk room is located. The bunk room sleeps 6 and has a couch and sitting area. One car garage and an outdoor shower.

Family Beach Fun

This house was a great fit for our family of 10. We chose it to visit with our daughter & family who live on the same street. It had everything we were looking for: comfort, beautiful sunsets on the porch, and a great location!

Overall impression was great. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen cookware and cooking utensils were worn down, so I reached out to the owner and she offered to update them as needed. We already booked the house for next year! Highly recommend this house.

Beds were comfy, sleeps quite a few and although we didn’t need half the beds, this would be excellent for an extended family. A bit of a walk to the beach, so I would say better for families with older kids that don’t mind the treck to the beach. House was clean upon arrival. Liked that we had use of the grill. Liked that we could walk around the corner to grab coffee and ice cream at The Shorebreak Cafe and Scoops. Owner was responsive to an issue.

It was a great home. The pictures do a good job making it look bigger though. We wanted to rent again the same week next year and it was already taken, as we were still there. I wish you could give previous owners a stated time to sign up again, Like a short window to allow another opportunity before even finishing the vacation. Thank you for a lovely time.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this property. The home was very comfortable and and easy walk to the beach. The home is also in a cute area of Sea Isle and very close to Avalon. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive when we had questions.

Spacious property in a wonderful location

We had a fantastic time as a family of 8 with one small dog for a weekend escape. Beds for everyone, well appointed home and a quick walk to the beach’s. Plenty of parking. Stocked kitchen and gas grill was a great bonus. Also appreciated the extra mini fridge and freezer. The many decks were a huge bonus! Really comfy beds in the bedrooms! Only one better is for our preference of room darkening curtains in the primary bedroom but like I said that’s our preference of a very dark room. Owners were outstanding with communication and accommodation.

My family has been coming to Sea Isle City since 1950. We owned two little bungalows that we have since torn down and built two new houses. We built 209 82nd St in 2001, renovated it in the Springs of 2015 and 2023, and continue to update it annually. We own a separate house in Sea Isle and are ready to help with any suggestions to make your trip more special or if anything goes sideways and needs immediate attention.

Why they chose this property

Our house is located on the bay block of 82nd St. It's 4 houses to the bay where my children and grandchildren have grown up fishing and boating. It is a very family-friendly neighborhood with all but 2 houses being owner-occupied. We keep the house updated and revamp after every summer. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our house is a few blocks from Shore Break Cafe, the cutest little bakery and coffee shop; Scoops, an adorable custard stand; and Blitz's, a fantastic grocery store. Many lovely restaurants are within walking distance from the house: Sole, Anthony's, Hanks Sauce, and Sunset Pier (you can eat and then rent a boat, jet ski, or paddleboard). There are also charming little clothing stores and a skateboard/surf shop. It's .5 miles to the ACME, CVS, many cute shops and restaurants, and the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a skateboard park. All the kids ride their bikes there. It's wonderful. It's two miles to the Sea Isle City Boardwalk and the town center that boasts arcades, restaurants, and adorable stores. It's eleven blocks from Avalon's bridge, which is fun to take a walk or bike ride. It's beautiful. It's two miles to Avalon's town center with delightful shops, restaurants, spas, and a little boardwalk with an arcade, a playground, and more. It's six miles to Stone Harbor's town center with excellent shops, elegant restaurants, spas, a movie theater, little arcades, and put-put golf.
