The living area offers a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring. A seasonal gas fireplace (October–March) adds extra ambiance during cooler months, and the bedroom opens to a private balcony with city views. You’ll also find a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office, plus a smart TV in the bedroom for laid-back movie nights. Guests enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor communal pool.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for 1 vehicle is available on a first come, first served basis.

• Stairs/Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It is operated and maintained by the building management and may occasionally be unavailable. If the elevator is out of service, stairs are required.

• Laundry: This home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Pool: The outdoor communal pool is seasonal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is seasonal and available October through March.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service in the Smoky Mountains can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can visit Mynatt Park (creek-side setting and inclusive playground), walk or bike the dog-friendly Gatlinburg Trail along the river, or stop by Herbert Holt Park to see the trout-raising facility and its handicap-accessible fishing pier.
