Thank you for your kind words! We’re happy you and your family had a comfortable stay and would love to host you again in the future.
The home is beautiful with plenty of space. Very comfortable, neighborhood safe. When we arrived late night the house was being cleaned because there was difficulty with the previous stay. The property manager was doing their best in the time allotted/very friendly and professional. The number was left to call if there was any concerns or needs. I believe that the cleaning needs to be more thorough and ensure everything is sanitized/disinfect. Thanks to the host for following up on no response to their text or on the VRBO site.i must say both will respond in a timely matter to your concerns.

Thanks for all you had to say about the property. It’s very much appreciated!
It was a beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The only unusual things were that there were no towel holders or toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. We made do. The air conditioning worked amazingly and the beds were very comfortable. The shower in the master bath with the stone floor was fabulous.

Appreciate your Feedback Teri, it’s a newly built home. We are still working these few aspects you brought up. Stay safe!
The property was great! Instructions were clear, lots of room space, communication great, and the home was clean. As others have said, you may want to bring towels and washcloths from home as there were "just enough" for us. We picked up our soldier for family day and came back to share breakfast together, ran some errands and came back to relax. It was a great place to chill and settle in at night. The master bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and found the home comfortable. We appreciate your note on towels and will keep that in mind. We’d be happy to host you again!
House was nice but only had 2 plates and a few cups and 2 coffee cups in the kitchen. Only three of us stayed there and only had 3 towels and washcloths. Dresser in one bedroom and what looked like powder all over the top of it. Nothing to sit on outside. Would like to have gotten the home instructions the day before we arrived so I didn’t have to worry about them while flying in. Also no instructions ions on what to do before leaving. The house was nice just a few things I think are needed also an old car was parked in the driveway the entire time we were there and didn’t move.

Hey Randy, thanks for your feedback. We have a standard of 4 towels and 4 washcloths for every guests that book whether it for 1guest booking or 4. Therefore, since it was only 3 of you, you definitely had 4 towels and 4 washcloths. The white stuff you are referring to is some bleach products that one of the previous guests had accidentally spilled on there that couldn’t be removed, but we are working on painting it, it was definitely no powder. Unfortunately, you couldn’t get instructions and the access code the day prior because they were still people on the premises on the day of your arrival. We had to wait for them to checkout around 11AM, had the premises cleaned up, get an updated access code for your stay (solely for your stay), then provide it to you. It’s a whole process. We doing that as part of our safety protocols for every guest. As for the plates, people are breaking or damaging them and will be replacing the ones reported to us as damaged or stolen. Checkout instructions are basics and are provided when check in instructions are sent out, you might have missed it or forgot about it. The car outside is one of my project cars, all you had to do was ask and I would gladly let you know. The vehicle has a purpose there and is there for a specific reason. Also, we do ask you in check in instructions to let us know if you need any additional assistance, amenities or supplies. You said ok you will let us know but never heard back from you. Sorry for the inconvenience
We had an amazing experience for our first time VRBOing it. Since my daughter does not like me snoring and we also had my son's girlfriend with us. Getting a hotel room would have been more expensive and inconvenient. We selected this host because of the size of the listing and the affordable price of the house. The house was very clean and felt like they prepared it just for my family. The only reason why I selected cleanliness as three stars was because the yard was overgrown and needed to be mowed but the house itself was perfect. Because we were very busy we did not have an opportunity to cook in the home but if you plan on cooking you might want to bring what you need with you. The kitchen did not feature a lot of plates, pots or pans. To make it easier we went ahead and bought some paper plates and solo cups. At the end of our visit, we left those items there for the next guests to use. We were in town for a few days to celebrate my son's graduation from Fort Sill Basic Training. On one of the days, we were able to check our son off base for family day. We also adopted four other soldiers who did not have any family to check them out. After eating lunch and running some errands, the boys enjoyed going back to the house and relaxing in a real home before having to be checked back onto base later that night. Could not have really done that in a hotel room. So if you are traveling to Fort Sill to see your recruit graduate, I highly recommend this host for your stay.
