The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. Awesome view

Great location! everything we needed was a short distance awayOur family visit was 3 generations Mother, daughter’s & granddaughters everyone was very pleased.Morning & Evening walks on the beach were the Best!

Nice Stay and Great Location

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the beach, the little bistro and the covered parking! It's a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other nearby beaches.

It seemed like many people were staying in resort rooms. Pool is pretty crowded. Tiki bar fun. Cafe good for breakfast and lunch. Beach is great!

Very Nice

This is a very nice location for a family stay on Treasure Island. The condo was comfortable and the location was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. We did not use the pool or visit the onsite tiki bar, but it was plenty busy. I would have liked a few more cooking pans, as we didn't go out for every meal, but we were definitely able to make do with everything provided. I would stay at this location again in the future. It had everything we needed and was super convenient. Check in was super easy and parking was great!

Vacation with great grandchildren

The room was very clean. The only problem we had was that the oven did not work. The children ages 4 and 6 loved the kiddie pool area. Very convenient location.

On the Beach

Property is right on the beach. Nice pool. Condo was clean and fully functional. No icemaker or ice trays to make ice was very inconvenient. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Beautiful Location!!

Everything was convenient, Beach, pool, resteraunts. Dryer in unit was not working management company got me into an empty unit to dry my clothes. A little inconvenient, but better than the alternative. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Mini Vacation

Property was great and well maintained. Right on the water and kids loved the pool. Cafe not the best quality food and over priced but lots of food options near condo. Publix a mile away and kitchen in condo allowed us to prepare whatever we wanted. Condo equipped with cutlery, cups, plates, some beach supplies. Check in was a breeze and was nice to have our own parking spot. Would definitely stay here again or any other condo at this location.

Lovely accommodations with Beautiful View

We have stayed at this location many times, but not this unit. Very clean, spacious. grounds are just beautiful. note make sure to check your email for instructions being new to this I waited for a message through this site. you do not interact with front desk. Loved the beach decor. love the condo type layout and cafe for an easy lunch.

Fun in the sun!!

People staff very friendly, Store close by. Easy to get around from One place to the other. Accommodations very nice, The view from our balcony of the ocean and pool is very nice. Our first day there, as we checked in, there were no more carts for our luggage to take to the room. A very friendly staff member who tried to help us could not find a cart for us. He was very helpful and helped us take our luggage up to our room. Then that same gentleman helped my wife bring up the groceries We purchased on our way over for the week. that was a five star performance by that employee. The only issue I have Was water pressure in both bathroom sinks was horrible. Hard to shave and brush our teeth in the morning. Other than that everything else was fine. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you James Bishop.

Beautiful location and rental

There is nothing negative to say about this rental. The location of Sunset Vistas is unbeatable, amenities unmatched. Sunset Vistas: in the middle of everything. We walked to John's Pass (if driving, park in the garage at Bubba Gump Shrimp) which was much easier than parking. The rental is right on the beach and parking was a non-issue.. while you are only guaranteed one parking spot, the office has parking permits and plenty of additional spots. There is also public parking right by the lot so there should be no issues. Pool towels are provided by the front office. There is a restaurant in the building that has decent food, but so many stores are nearby that we hardly utilized it. Supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and towels are limited, even if you book for multiple days and several people, so plan accordingly. Each rental has their own patio which can seat four people comfortably. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, as we stayed here years ago for a family rental and haven't had any issues.

Unit needs some attention

Overall we had a great time at this condo. The unit could use some updating. The dryer sounds like its on it's last legs. It does dry clothes, but it is so loud you can hear it through the closed closet door, and the closed bedroom door. The owners need to change the fact that you no longer need a wifi code and the information given is incorrect. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. There was even a closet filled with beach gear! We really enjoyed the proximety to the beach and the little cafe was a nice touch too. The pool is great, didn't use the hot tubs. We had a great "home away from home" for a week. If looking for a great breakfast spot, go to Gayle's diner in St. Pete beach. The food is fabulous, the service is friendly. But be sure and bring cash. Prices are amazing, so you don't need a lot! Try the Blueberry pancakes there!!!! We also discivered the Middle Grounds grill. Great atmosphere and excellent food. We went for the early bird special and were not dissapointed! We love this area and have been visiting for 16 years now, almost every year! Love it!!

Very nice condo!

It was a very nice relaxing weekend! We arrived after hurricane Ian so the pools, restaurant and tiki bar were closed. They eventually opened over the weekend. TVs were unplugged and could not get them to connect to the internet. I emailed the management company with no response, but my fault I should have called. I would definitely go back!
