Spend your days cruising to the beach in your included 6-seater golf cart, exploring the shoreline, and soaking up the sun. When you're ready to cool off, head back to your private pool or relax in one of the outdoor seating areas. As the day winds down, the fun continues in the garage game room, complete with foosball, washers, and space to hang out and unwind. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable group stays, this home delivers the perfect mix of beachside relaxation and fun-filled entertainment.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.
