Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Check in was not ok . When I went to the house the cleaning crew was still there couldn’t get in until 20 mins later . I came at 4:28pm check in was at 4pm which didn’t understand why the cleaning crew would still be there . Talk to the host about it . It seemed like she didn’t wanna do anything but make excuses for the cleaning crew still being there at 4 o’clock ask for some kind of discount or an extra hour to stay because of the inconvenience they told me no I was like OK that’s fine. Then she told me I can go to the other side of the facility and be there until 12pm which didn’t open until 11 AM check out was at 10 AM so there really did not help me out . The pool area wasn’t clean she still didn’t clean it it was baby stuff still out there by the pool side . .. that morning wanted to go swimming, but the yard man came by and was chopping sweeping debris all over by the pool side so we could not even go over and get in the pool that was around 8 AM this morning then I went somewhere came back. He had his vehicle blocking the driveway so I could not get in couple of the doors would not lock upstairs. Overall, it was not a good experience for me. I will not recommend this place to no one, the host was nice just alot came with the house not up to standard for the price
