*Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM, interior and exterior quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
*Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 3 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.
*Due to Houston’s tropical climate, occasional sightings of insects are rare but possible. We maintain professional pest control and take every measure to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.
