Why they chose this property
I feel lucky and honored to have purchased this unique property from the family that originally owned it since 1888. So, in 125 years, I am the second owner, have lived here for 30 years, and intend to keep the property throughout my lifetime.
Rich in history, the house has a calming, old-world ambiance and presence that immediately made me feel at home.
The house was beautifully remodeled and continues to be a gathering place for fun with friends / family and weekly dinner parties.
So relax and enjoy...you're among family here at the Peach Street 1888 Bungalow!

What makes this property unique
People who visit the Mission Orchard House always say, "You'd never know that a property like this exists so close to downtown." While the location really is amazing, it's the old world charm of the house and tropical oasis in the backyard that make the property so special.
