Absolutely Fabulous! We came in town with family and friends for the Thanksgiving Weekend. The house (and host) made the trip perfect. Clean, great amenities, enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely rent again.

Our stay was an amazing experience. The property was spacious, well maintained and clean. Mike was there to show us around the property at check in and prompt with his clear communication regarding anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again to hang out in the theater room and enjoy time by the pool. One more bonus was how close it is to Dallas Love Field airport and how quickly you can get to downtown.

Great Stay

This was one of the best rental homes I’ve stayed at. It was such a beautiful property. All of the guests were so blown away. It was close enough to all of the fun in downtown. The hosts were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.

A Great Place to Stay!

The property was exactly what it was described to be. The movie room was the hit for our family, but the pool with the waterfall was a close second! While next to Love Field Airport, we did not hear the planes!

Great place to stay in a safe part of Dallas

Stay here for the US JR AM Championship place was first class and Mike was a great host! Super close to the FBO at Dallas LOVE field. 6 minutes to Brook Hollow and 20 minutes to Trinity Forrest. Luxury living at it's finest!

Beautiful villa with great host

Hosted an engagement partt with about 35 people. Plenty of space and the villa itself was beautiful. Large living room area, with plenty of bedrooms. Across the street from a park too, which was a bonus too. Mike, the host, was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend

Property was very good for 3 generations of family flattering for Easter. House is beautiful. Great size. Contents and seating could be upsized to accommodate the number of people the house accommodates. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect for our big family gathering!

We had to make a quick booking for our extended family near Love Field and the Park Cities. This was just perfect - plenty of room for all the family and the open concept comfortably accommodated our 18 member traveling and local family for our evening gatherings in just the kitchen and living room alone. So grateful!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our extended family. 3 family’s and a grandfather. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Everything was spotless and the space was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed- coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. Easy access to the highway and everywhere we needed to be for the weekend. If you are looking for a house that can accommodate a large family then look no further.

This house was amazing! This location offers a great balance between downtown accessibility and urban tranquility. The attractive and clever open design concept truly maximizes the available space. It was more than adequate for our 11-member group (ages 1 to 72). Even though the house is only a few hundred feet from Dallas Love Field, takeoffs and landings were barely audible inside the house. There is a beautiful brand new, state-of-the-art city park directly across the street, which was a hit with our 7 and 9-year-old boys. The owner was very helpful, engaged, and responsive during our visit, checking in occasionally to ensure a good stay. If we return to Dallas in the future, this place will be our go-to!

Good location

The house overall is very nice and the location is great. It wasn’t super clean. Not what you would expect for what you pay. The upstairs bedroom (king bed) at the far back of the house never gets cool. We had friends stay up there and they had to sleep in beds with their kids in the other bedrooms because the room never cooled down.

Very concerning about the cleaning not being “super clean” in your opinion. Strict adherence to high standards of hygiene and sanitation is a requirement we have for our cleaning crews! No prior nor subsequent guests have ever had this issue and our crews typically do a superb job. The house also passed a post cleaning inspection prior to your check in. You said nothing about this concern until after you had checked out. Wish you had said something immediately upon discovery and we would have gladly sent the cleaning crew back in immediately to make it right. On the warm room, it’s also very strange, as we were having cool weather in the 50s during your mid-March stay at the brand new villa. After your check out, our crew noticed the thermostats were set on Heat by your group (instead of Cool) so not sure about the temperature confusion. After seeing your review, we called on the new construction warranty and they inspected and found HVAC system working optimally and all rooms receiving adequate air distribution. Seems like user error but we did our due diligence to be sure all systems are working well. May we respectfully request that in the future you communicate your concerns to the Host during your stay versus after so they can be addressed immediately and resolved to your satisfaction. Great Hospitality is our Top Priority!
