This family oriented entertainment home has 4 bedroom 2 bath with a large pool and private fenced patio, barbecue, washer & dryer, dishwasher and in property parking. Bedrooms 1 features a soothing queen bed with a large closet , T V, private full bathroom & a working station, Bedroom 2 features one queen bed with a TV & double closet, bedroom 3 features 1 queen bed with a TV and double closet & bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. The master bathroom has shower and bath tub, Second bathroom boasts a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak and a hand shower for convenient fast shower. This welcoming property also offers the following amenities an 85" Smart TV in living room with Netflix & Cable, cable TV's in each bedroom, WiFi, Cable and Neflix. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge a stove with double oven , microwave and dish washer plus an eating counter and a large dining room with table sitting for 10 which make this home unique for a family stay. Host/owner reside in a studio with private entrance that is attached to the main house. There is not shared space, guests will have private use of the home, pool and patio. I am very respectful to my guests and their privacy and would only interact if they prefer to do so. However I Am available 24/7.

Wir konnten dieses Mal nicht die 5 Sterne vergeben, obwohl das Haus an sich sehr großzügig ist und eine schöne, ruhige Lage hat. Damit wäre es eigentlich ein Haus das 5 Sterne verdient, wenn nicht einige Details korrigiert werden müssten, so waren die Zimmer nicht genügend beleuchtet, ein Warmwasserhahn war defekt, der Trockner hatte keinen Griff zum öffnen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte im Masterbedroom nicht, ein fehlender Türgriff an einem der Zimmer.Alles Punkte, die leicht zu beheben sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und wenn es ihr gelingt, diese Punkte zu beheben, gibt es nächstes Mal 5 Sterne.
