We loved our 3 night stay! The unit was lovely and fit our needs just perfectly, it had everything we needed. Beautiful view and the resort itself is fantastic. Thank you to our hosts who were excellent!
The view was awesome, we walked on the beach area with the beautiful rocks and rock formations. We'd love a longer stay there sometime. Loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the restaurant...

Absolutely amazing property!!! Our family loves coming here, it has become our destination of choice 3 years running! Lots of fun activities to do, the scenery is breathtaking and everything is close by 7-20 mins to get to groceries dinning and more activities!!! While still feeling your in the middle of no where!!! Can't wait to go back! Had the best host ever!!!
My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the unit. Although it rained most days, the view of the harbour was very nice.
We did have a few issues:
- we had no running water on the day of our checkout (fortunately, we were able to ration the little water that was left in the kettle from the day before for brushing teeth). Water came back on just as we were leaving so we were able to do dishes.
- communication from the host was unfortunately quite poor. There was no emails or anything leading up to the day of our arrival. It was only after I emailed the host that we were given door access codes and such.
- there was no welcome package or anything when we arrived. There was a map of the grounds but no documentation on any of the amenities, no hours of operations, nothing. From all the places my wife and I have been to like this, there is usually a basket of fruit, or wine, or some kind of welcome basket. We eventually found the lobby and had to ask to find out the pool and hot tub operating hours.
- the room was unfortunately not very sound proof - we could hear the people below us quite easily.
- the bathroom fluorescent light didn't work.
- the thermostats were all set to fahrenheit instead of celsius. I found this really strange given the elbows up movement this past year of Canadians boycotting everything American. Canadians use Celsius, period. Anyway, I fixed the thermostats to display correctly.
All in all, the property and grounds were great, the host, not so much.
Resort was bigger than I had expected! We loved the access to facilities and beautiful beach. The suite was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable! Will come again :)
