This is our cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1000 sq foot home. Our home is completely remodeled interior and exterior with all new furnishings and lots of natural light. Our living room has a large bay window with vertical blinds, a ceiling fan with lights, a large sectional, footstool, a comfy chair to watch our 65” Roku tv, and a small selection of games. The kitchen and dining area is a large area with a table and two chairs and bench seating. There is a cost closet for your jackets, Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need which includes a toaster and a drip coffee maker and coffee filters. There's a microwave above the electric glass top stove/oven and a large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Each bedroom has comfy new mattresses and a 27” Roku tv, a ceiling fan with lights and storage for your belongings. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet with hangers and an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway and the primary bedroom. There is a full washer and dryer in the en-suite bathroom as well (remember to clean the lint holder). The 2nd queen bedroom also has a large closet with hangers and storage for your belongings. The third twin bedroom storage for your belongings and a beam bag chair. The back deck which is off the kitchen has 10x12 composite deck. There is a gas grill off the deck and large trash barrels to dispose of properly bagged trash. Ample parking available.
