We had a great experience at this house! The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was too cool for swimming, but we spent a lot of time in the hot tub, on the putting green and playing games in the back.

We loved our stay at this house and found it to be very comfortable. The beds and furnishings are all very nice quality. We loved being in the backyard enjoying the pool and hot tub. Communication with the owner was always fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!

Do to the holiday & a horse with colic i was unable to fill tanks i did offer the solution for you to swap them out at Ace hardware .2 miles from the home and i would reimburse you Immediatly, Every room in the house has blinds, not sure what room your referring to? The outdoor TV was brand new install that i prewarned of and paid extra to install prior to your arrival same day, it was in complete working order when you arrived, and is working now so not sure? As for door sticking we again have no idea as they are all in great working order. im sorry you felt these items impacted your stay, I did communicate with you for the item i was aware of (propane tanks) All the best and again our sincere appologies for any Inconvenience.

This was a very nice remodeled home. The yards were all redone also. Included in the outdoor remodel, were a gas fire table, water fountain feature, firepit and a large putting green. Beds were extremely comfortable as well as the couches. Will stay here again

Perfect listing description. Absolutely stunning inside and out. Exactly what we wanted. Great quiet neighborhood and close proximity to all things Scottsdale and extended Phoenix activity. We really really loved the vacation at this home. Host was a stellar communicator and was really sweet with the Xmas decor and timely responses to questions. Everything we needed was present and nothing lacked. Host is doing an outstanding job bringing the property to marketable renter paradise. Will be favoriting this property just so we can visit and stay again and again.

Wonderful Birthday Trip for our 10 year old

The stay was amazing from the moment we booked it! I had left a note that we were renting the home to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The host then offered to have some balloons at the home when we arrived. She delivered both balloons and flowers and made my daughter’s day!! The home was the epitome of clean, we had all the supplies we needed and was in a very wonderful quiet and safe neighborhood! The host was also extremely responsive to all of the questions I had while we were at the house. I hope we need to come back and stay in this area so we can stay in this home again. Thank you for everything!
