Thoughtfully updated mattresses throughout ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day at the beach. Located in one of the area’s most desirable beachfront communities, guests enjoy private beach access and resort-style amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, gas grills, and convenient elevator access for easy beach days.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, twin daybed, walk-in closet, cable TV, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk bed, and smart TV—perfect for families or groups. A full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo adds convenience, and the living room features plush leather recliners, cable TV, and sliding glass door access to the private balcony with peek a boo ocean views.

Enjoyed our stay. We were in 1205 with a view of the bird sanctuary from our balcony. Not a good view of the ocean. Lichen was fully stocked with utensils. Mixer, cake pans, lots of bowls, glasses, plates and serving dishes. The only thing missing was a spatula.Master bedroom switches did not work which controlled the fan and light. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work.We would highly recommend the location. Very easy to access pool and beach. If you’re looking for a beach with shells the location is perfect. Plenty of beach towels. Bedrooms were good sized as well as the showers. Full sized washer dryer. Pool and jacuzzi were great additions to having the direct access to the beach.

Nice condo on a beautiful beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottages. Nice spacious unit had plenty of beds and a great living area with comfortable seating for all. We found with our balcony overlooking the Sea Bird sanctuary it was interesting but also a bit noisy and smelly at times. It is definitely a peekaboo view of the gulf from the condo, you need to head to the pool or beach for sunset viewing. We were disappointed on arrival finding the dishwasher was not working. We reported it and Hello Sunshine was very quick to respond, but no replacement for our 2 week stay.
