Bougie Boondock Tiny Home

Please note: there is NOT A POOL OR HOT TUB included in your stay. You must rent the event center for access to this area. Your Eureka Springs adventure begins at this quaint yet bougie tiny home! Its lovely gold chandeliers and pink sofa make it bougie, yet nestled in the boondocks surrounded by 143 acres of nature on the property! This 1-bedroom-studio retreat features a cozy living room with a queen Murphy bed. There is also a loft with floor mattresses (aka, The Fort) perfect for no more than 2 kiddos… just bring sleeping bag & pillow!

Enjoy the convenience of a hair dryer, heating, and AC during your stay. The oversized bathroom offers a shower and extra counter space and mirrors to get ready. The kitchenette offers a a medium size fridge, extra large toaster oven and a double burner for your cooking needs. There are pots/pans, dishes and cutlery stocked. Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in this wonderful hideaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Relax in nature while taking a trail ride on-sight or indulging in a sunset picnic. Some areas of the creek are wet-weathered and may not have water in them year round. The Kings river is 3.5 miles away for your floating and river needs.

We offer a on-site store with lots of convenient extras (s'mores, drinks, snacks, firewood, charcoal/fluid, etc.) so you don't have to run to town if you just want to stay put! We also offer breakfast on the weekends occasionally ... there is no set schedule for this, so please do not expect it. :)
