Palmetto Dunes is close to a variety of grocery stores including The Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, Publix and Kroger. You also have every type of restaurant imaginable within minutes of the resort.

Guests enter Paradise Palms by locating 547 Queens Grant and walking to the front door from the parking area. Upon entering the villa, you'll find the foyer & hallway that connect you to the kitchen, living room, primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom. Access the back deck from the living room or the primary suite.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Guests staying at all iTrip Charleston & Hilton Head managed properties receive the following:



Amenity pack -- starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up wipes, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher & laundry detergent tabs. (You may need to purchase your own supplies if you deplete this starter set.)



All beds made in advance of your arrival with freshly laundered sheets and towels.

There will be light renovation work construction in spring 2026. No construction is permitted during the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day (except essential maintenance and repairs).

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
