A family retreat or couples getaway at this working Vineyard will surely be unforgettable. Nestled in the Pigeon mountain valley close to downtown Chattanooga, the trails of Cloudland, and mile 30 of the IRONMAN bike course. Endless patio and outdoor space the home includes a kitchen, living room, ground level master and two suites with living space and kitchenettes. Tours, tastings, and vineyard experiences are also available seasonal.
Guest access
Access to the main house, loft suite, and bridal suite. Guests will also have access to all outdoor areas including the event outdoor space. The wine cellar is available for catering and events at an extra charge.
Other things to note
The property utilizes rainwater collection. The water is treated and useable for showers, washing dishes, laundry etc but not drinkable. There are numerous filtered water dispensers for drinking throughout the house.
