Perfect for business travelers, people locating to Memphis, travel nurses, and people needing someplace to stay during a remodel. Includes High speed Wifi, TV, washer/dryer, utilities, and all furnishings. You’ll love my place because of convenient location, pet friendly, large rooms, fully furnished kitchen with new appliances. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome. Just bring your cloths, food, and toothbrush.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.

What makes this property unique

I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
