The space
Tajamares de la Pedrera is located 10 minutes by car from La Pedrera, 40 minutes from Pueblo Garzón and 1 hour from Jose Ignacio.

Casa M is located in Tajamares de la Pedrera, Rocha, Uruguay, a private country club with 80 hectares of prairie, indigenous mountain and lagoons (tajamares).

The house is situated on an elevated land of 5,000 m², with 346 m2 built between cutlery and semi-covered, offers breathtaking views of the sea and the countryside. The property has a private forest of eucalyptus, creating a natural and quiet environment.

Modern and minimalist architectural design with a strong influence of contemporary architecture, where integration with the environment, functionality, and clean and modern aesthetics are priorities. The structure of the house is elongated and is elevated on stilts, which allows the construction to better adapt to the terrain and facilitates air circulation underneath the home. This type of design also helps minimize the environmental impact on the site.

Large double-glazed windows allow for an abundance of natural light and offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
