The house has a great location, 600 meters from Grande Beach, where the main events of the city take place, as the party New Year's Eve, Carnival and other activities of the summer schedule! Quiet area and safe, close to 02 supermarkets, of the District Forum, the Fire Department, bakeries, grocery stores and gastronomic route of the city (restaurants specializing in seafood). One bedroom has a double king size bed, a wardrobe, two mute servants, with balcony. Another bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, with balcony. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, closet and nightstand. The other bedroom has another double bed. The garage is large and has a barbecue, with a beautiful and large dining table.
