Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

What a beautiful piece of property. My wife and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend and the Hemingway suite. It was so cute and perfect. The Inn is within walking distance to everything but we rented these great little scooters and got all over the place very easily. The room was very, very clean as was the rest of the end and the people that were staying there were also super cool. We will definitely be back. There wasn’t one single thing we needed that wasn’t provided coffee makers and ice makers in the room and even a tiny cute little refrigerator. Check in check out was super easy. Kelly and Lori

This is a very quaint and comfortable place to stay. Has a nearby supermarket and back street restaurants. But also not too far from Duval, and if you like to walk, you can take a longer walk to Sunset Point. Easy self check-in, and also you always have the support of staff just a phone-call away (used it several times). it has nice common areas you can use to warm up and enjoy a meal (didn't use them, but saw they were nice) I don't do reviews, but found this to be a little gem that I would enjoy returning to. The only catch is parking, we had motorcycles and were able to find a spot, but the street parking requires residential permits. Solution: rent bicycles and park in the space up front reserved for just that.
