Just off the Midland Valley Trail you can walk, bike or scooter to the Gathering Place, Cherry Street, Downtown and Pearl District on Route 66. Just minutes from dining, shopping, breweries and more. Just across the street you can play pickleball or tennis and your kids can play on the Tracy Park Playground.
