This has to be one of our favorite places to stay EVER!! The entire place is thoughtfully appointed/beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to actually cook with (they even had a potato masher!!!) We had more than one conversation about how quiet it was...the building is well constructed so you don't hear any outside noise or even people walking on the floor above you. Beds and pillows were delightfully comfortable. Sheets were soft. Quick response by owners to questions.....Just a fabulous place. We would love to come back if you'll have us again :)

The property is amazing! Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips! It was super convenient as it was only a 7 minute walk or so to Coors Field and numerous restaurants! The rooftop deck was perfect for game night! Highly recommend!!

Really nice home and very clean. Everything was nice - the soaps, towel type, teas available, etc. Only thing is the windows are very thin and you can hear everything going on outside at all hours of the night.

Great property. Private garage for parking. Clean house and had everything we need. Responsive hosts. Walking distance to many restaurants/etc. FYI 2 homeless shelters are 1 block away and there were some sketchy people on the block, but felt okay to walk around during daytime

This is the one!

We had a great stay and booking was easy. Access to the home was easy to follow. Home is in the Art District so you can walk down the street for your 10k steps goal. There are many shops and restaurants to eat. The home is equipped with everything you need so we didn’t mind staying at the house. Best part was the outdoor private rooftop. It has a bbq grill and counter top space for entertainment. We enjoyed listening to the live music from the rooftop and watching the sunset view.If you do decide to just stay at the house I would recommend to get your groceries like snacks and drinks because nearest groceries is not walking distance. There is a keurig with good selection of coffee. Just need to buy your favorite creamer. The home is stocked with all the home essentials which was really nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again rather than staying in a hotel.
