****Read this before you book****

Location is diagonal from a popular drug dealing area, so make sure you conceal carry. Home is fenced in and has locked gate so that was good. The house has a a/c window unit and central air and heat was not working per property manager. There is a heater in the room to the left in the wall that comes on automatically and cannot be turned off at all. This property has German roaches do make sure you leave your stuff outside for days before putting back into your home. The home seemed like it was remodeled but the workmanship is terrible and there are visible holes in the ceiling, walls and open cracks all over the home. The kitchen was outdated and skipped during the remodel. No outlet in the bathroom to plug any appliances into. Decor was awesome and nice. Living room area was cool, especially the TV. You get what you pay for and it’s actually over priced due to all the issues stated.

Horrific

There is so much i can say... 1st off the bathroom is so disgusting. The tub.. i couldnt allow myself or my 2 year old to actually get in the tub.. there is a serious sewage problem and the tub and kitchen sink juat fill up with water and it doesnt go down just fills up.. the shower was peeling dirty just absolutely disgusting.. yhe only nicw part about this house was what they show onling wich is very deceiving.. the neighborhoods is very sketchy.. drugs.. fighting and prostitution ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. The back door which is where we had to enter the door wasnt secure and the lock was very loose..we were told the security gate in the front didnt work.. but that was untrue.. the xode disnt but the door was opened by my tqo year old and thats how i discovered that we had been lugging our bags and deliveries to the back because we were TOLD THE GATE DIDNT WORK.... AGAIN LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN.. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE.. THE EXPREIENCE WAS HORRIFIC..
