Blossom Village Cottage was renovated in February 2025, with stunning white floor tiles throughout the main cottage, new floor rugs, and a brand new screened in porch with breath-taking views over the sandy yard, Caribbean sea and the reef! New SMART TV's were placed in the living room in the main house and in the 2 separate bedrooms, and new luxury linens and kitchen items were purchased - so the property looks even better than ever!

Step directly from your charming beach cottage onto the palm-fringed shores of the enchanting Little Cayman, the smallest and most secluded of the Cayman Islands. Blossom Village Cottage comprises three delightful cottages arranged in a unique configuration, featuring a 'main' cottage and two separate, detached 'bedroom' cottages, all with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. A fully equipped kitchen, with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher, allow you to cook and enjoy quiet meals in peace and solitude. There is Wi-Fi included and SMART TV's in the main house and the 2 separate bedroom cottages, so you can enjoy a Netflix show at the end of a fun day in the sun!

Opt for the main one-bedroom cottage alone for an intimate romantic escape, or enhance your experience by adding one or both of the bedroom cottages, all nestled on the same idyllic beachfront property. The house, the location and all the people were awesome! We had 4 teenagers traveling with us and I cannot tell you how happy everyone was that they had their own little cottage. The water, the property was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless. I am a very picky traveler and I cannot say enough good things about this property.

Beautiful Location

The main cottage was spotless.(Didn't stay in the other two bedrooms) Beautiful views of the beach and sunrise every morning. Location is perfect, right near store and airport and The Hungry Iguana, Seahorse Cafe, Beach Club and Southern Cross for restaurants. Nice beach chairs and towels provided. Property Manager was helpful. Rental process and paperwork a bit much though.

Family dive trip minus the family

I wish my family could have made it(Covid). It was very comfort and picturesque. It is the perfect little cottage for a family. Marc is a great property manager. I have known him for years and he will do everything he can to make your stay a good one. And, as usual, Little Cayman Divers was great.

This a true island get-away. There are so few people on the island. You feel like you have it all to yourself. Next year we are coming back for 2 weeks! No Grand Cayman! Just relaxing on Little Cayman.

Piece of Paradise

The place is fantastic. Right on the beach. We pretty much had the beach in front of our place to ourselves to swim and relax. The store was out of charcoal bricks for the BBQ but Marc managed to find us a propane BBQ which was great. If you want a place to relax off the beaten path that has fantastic diving Little Cayman is the place. The only drawback to Little Cayman is they don't recycle or compost. I was a bit surprised to see so much plastics on the beach in front of the conservation building which was right next door and on Owen Island.

Blossom Village Cottages

This was our third stay at Blossom Village Cottages. The layout is perfect for our group of two couples and usually one other. We love lounging and snorkling on the beach just out the front door! Mark has always been available and super responsive. He has kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and provided bicycles for all our other transportation needs. We will be back!

Beautiful cottage in paradise

This was our third trip to Little Cayman, but our first stay at Blossom Village Cottage. We had a wonderful time there. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. We snorkeled right off the beach out front and if you venture beyond the turtle grass closer in and head out towards the shallow reef you'll be rewarded with some amazing coral heads - we saw nurse sharks, dozens of lobsters, and countless reef fish. We came during the September shutdown so most places in Little Cayman were closed but we mostly ate at the Little Cayman Reef Resort

A darling, comfortable cottage by the sea.

I hope to return soon to Blossom Cottage for another lovely, peaceful trip to Little Cayman. The cottage was perfect for me and my husband - well equipped, comfortable and picturesque. Neil met me as the plane landed, drove me to the car rental (a minute or two walk), and then showed me around the cottage answering my many questions. My husband and I swam and snorkeled in front of the cottage and enjoyed every minute of this private, quiet get-away. Although we didn't use the other cottage on the property, I 'peaked' into the rooms, and both looked very comfortable with individual bathrooms and porches. Highly recommend this rental company and property!

Great Location

This is the perfect location, walking distance to the airport, right behind the liquor store, car rental and grocery, a short walk from the only restaurant on island and a short bike ride from 3 of the diving facilities. If you're not diving every day (if you are, do an all inclusive), this is the place to stay. Nice patio overlooking a beautiful private beach, very nice kitchen and very clean house. Cute "grandma" décor. Only complaint is that it needs a full size dresser (there is a nice closet) and a larger vanity table in the master bath. Hungry Iguana is a great place to eat and is a short walk. Be sure to call Pirate's Point and have dinner there. They will pick you up.

Having the grocery and liquor store only a short walk away is convenient, and the Hungry Iguana, Little Cayman Beach Resort, and PIrates Point are great spots for lunch or dinner! The owner put the shelves in the full sized closet to alleviate the need for a dresser, as they preferred having the desk and mirror in the Master Bedroom. perfect for working family

The cottages were beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Lots of extra towels and bed linens. Everything in the clean kitchen worked great. The A/C's kept it nice and cool. Big area in the main cottage to work. Husband had no problems working and doing zoom calls. Kids had no problems doing online school from the other cottages. However, we did not try to stream any movies. The location was right on the beach and a convenient and lovely walk to the grocery store, bank, Hungry Iguana Restaurant.

Quiet place to relax!

Loved this visit! We were looking for a place to unwind and relax for a few days, and we found it! Some may say it was too quiet, but we found it a great place to sit on the beach, look out over the ocean & relax. The diving here is amazing, (but we didn't do any of it.) We did go up to Point of Sand beach to swim too (requires car), but most of the time was relaxing. It is an easy walk to the store, restaurant, and the airport. Will definitely visit again! Property is very clean, and well maintained, but if you have limited mobility, be aware there are steps without railings, and lots of walking on sand, etc. It looks like ocean erosion took out an easy path to get into the water on property, but it was simple to walk next door to get to in/out.

Over a Week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is amazing! You cannot beat the view and the privacy, you are right on top of the ocean. Unfortunately, erosion is causing some issues but there is still a way to get down to the beach area. The kitchen had everything we needed and having separate sleeping quarters is a bonus when traveling with others. The manager Marc was super helpful and accommodating. Due to the beach erosion,there is a sandy area as you enter the water. Once you get out of that area, there are some rocks but nothing water shoes cannot handle and you may even be ok without them.

It was our 1st trip to Little Cayman, and we will be back. Location was great within walking distance to stores for food and booze and Hungary Iguana restaurant and Seahorse Boutique for breakfast & lunch. Also within walking distance to the airport - but Marc, property manage picked us up and brought us back to the airport. Little Cayman Divers picked us up every morning and dropped us back off at the end of our dives, although it was within walking distance. The main cottage was our group hangout - well stocked kitchen for cooking.The cottages were very clean and comfortable. Internet connection was good in the twin bed cottage but not always available in the main cottage - had to be on the porch or living room and then would often lose connection.Blossom Village was great because each couple had their own cottage, yet

Point of Sand is absolutely stunning and well worth the drive. We went twice and both times we were the only ones there. Since our last trip, picnic tables and loungers have been provided by the owner so no need to pack your car with beach chairs.The Hungry Iguana (walking distance) is a great place to eat and we highly recommended dinner with Susan at Pirate's Point Resort(reservations required).Be sure to also check out the new Seahorse Boutique and Coffee Shop. It's a great place to have breakfast or lunch or pick up a few souvenirs.Our only negative was the TV issue. Although there is a TV, there is no cable/satellite service so it's essentially worthless. While we don't typically sit around and watch TV, we do enjoy a movie in the evening. Streaming is not really an option either because the internet is pretty spotty. Wish we had known this and we would have downloaded movies prior to our stay.All in all though, we loved the cottage, loved the island, and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. May 2018 Stay

This was maybe our 10th stay. Love the place. Not for everyone, though. If you are looking for excitement, shopping and night life don't go to Little Cayman and don't stay at Blossom Village Cottage. But if you want to rest, snorkel, fish and enjoy an amazing island, then we highly recommend it.

Charming Cottage on the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blossom Cottage. The cottage was charming, comfortable, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Marc was our host and was a pleasure to deal with. Little Cayman is a jewel, just remember your bug spray.

Classic Cayman Cottage on the water

Great traditional cottage close to airstrip and “town”. The limited retail support on the island is walking distance. The villa came equipped with bikes which were a blast to use every day as we bopped around different resorts and dive companies. Separate bedrooms in other building gave kids privacy they appreciated. Personally hammock on the screened in porch was my favorite spot. My wifes was going to waters edge at sunset to catch final glimpse of the day.

Perfect Cozy Cottage for a Relaxing Stay

My husband and I just returned from a 12 night stay at Blossom Village Cottage. We could not have been happier with our choice. The cottage is loaded with charm and character. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. In fact, Blossom Village Cottage is so picturesque, we bought a print of a watercolor of it at the Little Cayman National Trust. The cottage had everything we needed from cooking implements to beach towels to bicycles. We loved our mornings drinking coffee on the beach watching the sun rise and the dive boats go out. Days were spent snorkeling the numerous sites within an easy bike ride. We even snorkeled the reef in front of the house most afternoons and saw rays, barracudas, lobsters and great coral. We tended to cook dinner at home and then we’d visit The Hungry Iguana or Beach Nuts Bar in the evenings. At night, we’d sit under the stars and gaze in amazement. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked great and having a dishwasher, washer and dryer were added pluses. The house is very close to the sole market and liquor store and an easy walk or bike ride to other resorts. The property manager, Marc, was a great resource on snorkeling sites and other suggestions for making our first visit to Little Cayman so special. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
