The historic loft is located in the infamous Studioplex- a popular place for creatives- it is a mixed-use business and residential building. The space boasts a 17 foot ceiling height with two skylights a brick wall, and a unique loft bedroom space and floor to ceiling custom velvet black-out curtains.

Local artists Matt Jenke of Jenke Glass Blowing and Julio Ceballos a talented woodworker, were commissioned for projects throughout the loft making a one-of-a-kind curated space. From the chandeliers to the antique doors every aspect was thoughtfully designed for an authentic Atlanta experience.

The home has many smart features including voice-activated LED kitchen lighting, track lighting, and a Google smart home among others. The bathroom space is ultra modern and luxurious featuring a smart toilet, and thermogenic ceiling-mounted rain shower, and a waterfall. Many lights in the loft are on dimmer switches to set the scene for relaxing or romantic lighting.

This home has a full kitchen with Thor appliances, an ice maker, a Ninja blender, a smart faucet, LED lighting, a dishwasher and microwave, dishes, utensils, a spice rack, cooking oil, and cookware. There is an independent coffee/ tea/ wine bar decked out with wine glasses, coffee, and tea mugs, an expresso machine, scale and expresso tools, A coffee grinder, a kettle, and a Keurig with a full-size pot or by-the-cup options. The bar is stocked with sugars, creamers, and a variety of coffees and teas to choose from.

There is a 55-inch Samsung Frame TV with streaming services. Amazon Prime TV and Netflix are included. High-speed Wifi through Google Fiber.
