Stay at the Frederericksburg Farmhouse on 100 acres with 6 bedrooms, 5 king beds, 1 bunk bed room, and 2 Queen sofa beds. This farmhouse has plenty of room for your family reunion, corporate event, birthday party, and more. There’s plenty of dining areas to make a home-cooked meal. Grill in the back patio, sip some local wine and enjoy the hot tub under the stars while drying off next to the large in-ground propane-fire pit. Enjoy the Longhorns, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Pony, and wildlife.

This is a farmhouse with Donkeys, Brahma Cattle, Longhorns, Ponies, Chickens and Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Walk around to see them or rent the Golf Cart that seats 4-6 for $75 plus tax. We Provide a map of the 100 acres and locations of animals. Purchase farm animal snacks at our local Tractor Store.

Early Check in Fee or Late Checkout Fee is $25/hour plus tax if available and must be paid in advance.

For example, if you plan on having a wedding in the backyard with 40 guests and 20 staying the night for three days , it would be the price you see plus $480 for the wedding day and $160 for the extra guests on the other days. You can book and then I will send a fee request for the additional charges through Airbnb. This will include a 13% tax and the Airbnb service fee.

This Farmhouse is on 100 acres. There are 5 more houses with 11 bedrooms and 8.5 baths available on the 100 acres if needed.

We host Corporate Retreats, Yoga Retreats, Reunions, Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Birthdays, Workshops and more with up to 17 bedrooms on the 100 acres. Rent out the whole Ranch or 1-6 homes. Inquire within.

Top Beds on the Bunk bed will have bedding for you to make the bed if you want to use the top beds.
