I was born in Australia but came to NJ as a young man with my father. Together we purchased this property and we did all of the work developing and upgrading it ourselves. I have an 18 year old son getting ready to start College. I hope he and I get an opportunity to continue developing this and other property.
Guest are allowed in all spaces of the apartment including front and rear balconies. Backyard upon request.

Why they chose this property
My family and I live in the neighborhood. We have made and cherish many strong personal relationships in this community. Being so close to Manhattan gives this town a multicultural and cosmopolitan feel but at a slower pace. With plenty of time to get to know neighbors and making friends.
What makes this property unique
This property is very unique to me because I have so many fond memories of working on it with my father he apartment building is only 15 minutes via New Jersey transit on bus number 123 within a quiet residential neighborhood.
There is also and Olympic size swimming pool several blocks away which is open to the public. You may need a union city ID or some paperwork please let me know if you are deciding to visit the swimming pool or the kids water play park area located at Fire Men's Memorial Park.
There is a 24 seven bakery one and a several blocks away, delicious pastries fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels and also some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.
There's a 24 seven Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.
We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City is close to the 2nd St Washington Park. Authentic Cuban cuisine average meal at an affordable price!!!! They also make fresh juice !!!
In Washington Park located right across the street on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free !!! to the public we can supply tennis rackets upon request.
