Wonderful Emerald Isle condo that is perfectly suited for a family vacation or a friends getaway. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath direct beachfront condo has a private master bedroom with a king sized bed plus 1 Queen sized bed and 2 Twin beds in the 2 additional bedrooms for all to sleep comfortably. With a beautifully remodeled, fully equipped kitchen that is ready for your use, open living and dining area and a large private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo provides the perfect space for you to enjoy your stay and build family memories. Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. Love the beach

It’s all about location for me! I love to be right on the beach, and Emerald Isle is just that. It was the getaway from the cold in Maine that we needed!

Relaxing vacation

We love the area with all of the restaurants and music available. Condo was very nice and provided us with everything we needed. Only negative is large mattress in 2nd bedroom is not comfortable.

Nice area

Room was spacious. Pool gate was hard to unlock on the north side. Great area that was not too busy. Great water pressure in showers. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. Only thing I wish was different was that I could pay for an additional parking spot, but most days I found an additional spot on the road that was relatively close.

Beautiful view, great accommodations

Unit 103 has a totally unblocked view of the beach and ocean. It is amazing. There is a nice deck with room for probably 8 people. Inside is a well-stocked kitchen with a nice dining area. The pool looks nice, but it is not large. (The pool was closed while we were there from Hurricane damage) Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a dressing area and a private ensuite bath. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a shared bathroom.The unit is well taken care of and the property managers are responsive.

Florida beach stay

The property is run down and dirty the view and area are great. I have rented many places and this one was one of the most run down properties I have rented. The last day check out was 10 am and the cleaners walk in at 9:15 am 4 of them it was very uncomfortable I left immediately however, I didn’t like it especially when the place was filthy when I arrived.

Vacation stay

Easy to reserve and check in and check out process was easy and had no problems. Older facility but room had been updated. Although the cleanliness of the room was lacking and I had to spend time cleaning when we arrived . Dust on everything and floors where so dirty . Everything else was nice just wish it was cleanser.

Great Location, Great Views, Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much, however I do not believe 7 bath towels is sufficient for a 3 bedroom unit, regardless of coin-operated laundry available. We only had 4 adults, but I prefer only using a towel 2 days. Especially in a pandemic where people both in stairwells & laundry do not wear masks (& 2 loads necessary, with 1 machine in room for 7 towels...). We had a few other issues that the rental agency dealt with appropriately especially during a holiday week. No machine for quarters either...

Great location, disgustingly filthy

The location was spectacular. I wish I could say the same for the cleanliness of the unit. I was absolutely astounded at the amount of dust/dirt on every surface. The ceiling fan in each room had a layer of dust at least 1/4 inch thick. The glass surfaces of the tables in the living room and in the bedrooms were all completely dust covered. The sliding door to the balcony was smudged with hand prints. There were food and blood (yes, blood) stains on the bed skirts in the bedrooms. The pots and pans in the cabinets were still caked with food. Lastly, I reached behind a dresser to plug my phone in only to see pieces of garbage behind and under the unit. Again, the location was great but I really hope a deep cleaning is in the works before someone else is subject to such filth.

Not what we were expecting!

First, we were expecting 2 parking spots because we had chosen a 3 bedroom in order to include adult children and family coming in a different vehicle.🚗 we expected laundry facilities in the Condo. ( which we have had in similar condo properties in the same area. ) we didn’t expect to have to go to a separate floor with a washer and dryer, that you had to waste time keeping an eye on. We expected a heated pool. Not one that had issues, without a backup heating system. So my granddaughters only enjoyed 1 day in the pool, before it was out of commission. We also felt that without any shade in the pool area, umbrellas would have been nice. A broom and dust pan to sweep up sand would have been useful. In the condo itself, more towels should have been available for a weeks stay. ( 2 hand towels in the kitchen is pretty limited) Considering we paid with all included almost $4000 for the week, I felt it wasn’t worth it! We are a frequent renter of Condos, so we have expectations as well as experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not clean inside. Needs a serious deepClean. Did have a chair broke and they fixed right away. Took the visitor parking spots away and literally have to maintenance. No one even parked in them all week. The doors to pool and to beach need replaced. Keys struggled to go in and unlock.

Great location, large condo but not clean

Reviewer Comments: Positives: easy to book, easy check in/key less entry and parking, spacious condo, nice linens and furnishings, decent kitchen amenities and some extras like tupperware, coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. Great location, small and secure building, clean/warm/maintained pool. Negatives: the cleaning staff are not doing their jobs - they are doing the bare minimum and this place needs a deep clean. The balcony has a black algae that sticks to your shoes/feet and is being tracked all over the floors. I scrubbed the floors myself with crystals from a dish tab and wipes and the water was black. The master bath had loads of grey hair in the drain, slime on the shower door frame and hard water stains all over. The toilet has mold all along the rim. The kitchen cupboard door handles are sticky and the cupboards need a good scrub. The queen bedroom night stand had a used flosser and pieces of chocolate all over it. Both shower heads have a lot of build up. The coffee machine is not working well. The furniture on the balcony is old and not comfortable. I am rating the property manager as unprofessional because they did nothing to help our friends in 101 had a horrible experience and nothing was done.

Not happy!!

The condo was nice, but not clean. Shower in guest bath had not been cleaned. Broken lamp in bedroom, one out of three in that room worked. We were given 4 towels for 6 adults for the week. We checked in on Sat, called left message at Resort Rentals and left text message. An on call man brought us 4 more towels, Sunday, but we were never contacted by Resort Rentals to address our concerns. We called them on Friday and they had no explanation to why they had not followed up on communication. Upon checking out we realized our keyless door had not been working, door was not locking when it closed. Not pleased with this rental.

One downfall was that there was no linen service. We thought that a washer and dryer was in the condo but it was on another floor. It was very difficult to attain quarters for the machines. Having to wash and dry towels and washcloths every day put a damper on our stay. But other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great Escape

The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The coffee maker did not work very well. The keys to get into the lobby, pool area, and beach access were very difficult to use and mostly didn't work the locks.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are maintenance and cleanliness issues. Sliding glass door difficult to open and close. I tightened screws in 7 chairs, one leg was very loose. Stove was dirty, food on pan in oven,oven needs cleaned. Shower base and corners needs cleaned ,sanitized. Inadequate towels and wash cloths for 7 days. Price of rental has significant increase from previous years without any increase in amenities , cleanliness or maintenance. After staying in same condo for several years we decided not to reserve again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was fantastic! The pool and the beach were so convenient while staying here. Our unit was updated however the cleaning could have been better.

Rental

Overall it was good rental, few items can be addressed, patio door is sticking and need to be fixed, it slides of rails and it's really hard to open or close. Bed in master bedroom squicks every time I moved around the bed, no washer and dryer, other than that it was good experience.
