Wonderful Vacation

Perfect stay again

This is my second booking with this owner with one of her units. Once again everything was perfect and just as stated as online. I will definitely keep booking with her since she has always been great with responding to any issues or questions I might have had.

Our favorite

We have stayed at the Fontainebleau twice before, but this was the best. The room is on a high floor and has an excellent view of the pools and the ocean. Use of the gym is included. The rental contract was surprisingly professional and efficient. We consider the hotel restaurants is unusually expensive, but it is a wonderful walk down the boardwalk to the restaurants on Lincoln Road. There is also a great Jewish deli a few blocks away.

Would stay here again

It has been years since I have been to Miami, and this property would make me want to come back. While there is everything you could possibly need at the hotel (many different restaurants, pool, beach, etc) it is still close to everything else Miami has to offer. The property manager was very responsive, check in process was very easy, and best of all we got to experience everything this magnificent hotel has to offer at a lower rate. Only reason I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness was that there was someone smoking on our floor. Nothing to do with the room, that was very clean. Overall it was a great experience

Great

Staying here was amazing. Only issues where due to covid they did not clean your room at all and since it was basically a hotel room our towels were stacking up. However if you called they were quick to fix anything and everything. Karen was great in communication. Would have loved to come back with our grown kids ina larger unit but they were sold out.

Very nice accommodations and very responsive

After trying to book with another owner on VRBO(unrelated) who I had very limited responses from only a few days prior to my arrival(signed contracted and ID sent over but payment info was never taken as owner was unresponsive), I reached out to Karen who was very responsive, sent me pics, and set up the reservation very quickly. The price was cheaper and I actually got a better room(ocean front). I'm so glad it all worked out the way it did and I will definitely be booking with Karen from now on. I highly recommend her. The jr. suite was very nice, spacious, and clean. No problems whatsoever.

Excellent. Our favorite place to vacation! Our room was immaculate when we arrived. Housekeeping could’ve done a better clean up for us on Mother’s Day. But everything was top notch as usual! We’ll be back sooner than later!

Family vacay fun

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Pools were AMAZING. Spa passes were an unexpected perk that even my husband really appreciated. Nightlife was CRAZY being a happening club. Only issue with checkin was the confusion about where to check in; went to Sorrento Tower and didn’t know I had to go to 2nd floor; no one was at check in so had to do so at main hotel. Wish I knew we could have done I at Torrento Tower since it was closer but didn’t know where that was located till later as well. Hotel was short staffed with housekeeping so it took extra time to get extra towels and such. Big pain was the valet system was down so instead of calling ahead to get car ready from room, had to do it in person and usually took 15-20 min for car to arrive. Was in 9th floor and fans outside were very loud when out in patio but were well insulated and cozy. My daughter didn’t care for the pull out but loved the jet tub. Karen responded to all my emails quickly and was very helpful. Again, overall a great experience with room and Karen. Thanks!!!!

Great Hotel and Room

The room was good size for myself and my 2 teen daughters. Sorrento Tower was close to the beach and pools. This 9th floor room balcony was quite loud because the fans on the top of the next building were very loud, but the views of the ocean were nice. Overall a great experience at Fountainblue.

We love this place!

This was our 4th time staying at FB and 2nd time doing VRBO with Karen and she is just awesome and very accommodating. Daily spa passes and valet parking was definitely a PLUS. We will use her each and every time she has availabilities. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful stay on Miami Beach

Great stay with friends at this location. A few surprises, though, as we expected to have a foldout couch to accommodate guests but it was broken and a cot needed to be rolled in. Room is spacious and beautiful but really need to make sure accommodations are as expected. One person cancelled last-minute so not too much of a problem, but we would have been stuck if our entire party was there.
