This thoughtfully designed guest suite on the first floor of our three-story home offers maximum comfort and privacy. The suite is completely sealed off from the rest of the house with its own private entrance—ensuring a fully private experience with no shared spaces!

What You'll Enjoy:

Living Room: A cozy, well-furnished space with a sleeper sofa that converts to sleep 1 guest comfortably. Additional sheets and pillows are provided in the closet for your convenience.

Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a KING bed, high-quality linens, and plush pillows for restful nights.

Bathroom: A private full bathroom stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to meet all your needs.

Kitchenette: Equipped with everything you need for light meals or snacks, including:
- A coffee station
- Mini fridge/freezer
- Microwave
- Electric kettle
- Silverware, plates, bowls, and cups

Community Amenities:
Located in a secure gated community, you'll enjoy access to:
- A pool for refreshing dips
- Outdoor spaces to unwind and soak up the fresh air

Please note: The neighborhood is undergoing construction, so some noise may occur.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the guest house, ensuring your privacy. Please note that the garage and upstairs are not accessible to guests.

Parking: Utilize the guest parking facilities throughout the community or park on the side street next to the guest house entrance for easy access.
