Katie's place is ready for you! Watch a movie, challenge someone to a game, relax on the patio, cook dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen, or wind down in one of the many bedrooms. The house is centrally-located in the heart of Pineville. It is minutes away from Rapides and Cabrini hospitals, good eats, and Kees Park (splash pad open in summer). Visiting family, sporting event, wedding (Josephine 6.5 miles & Magnolia Bend 10.5 miles away), or work, we are ready to be your home away from home!

We loved our stay at Katie’s Place. The house was perfect for our gathering. Very spacious with plenty of space to gather. We enjoyed the back patio and will definitely stay there on our next visit to Alexandria.

Great house, great host, and a perfect location. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Communication with the host was seamless. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Pineville or surrounding areas. There is a dog next door that barks but it was not disruptive during sleeping hours.

Perfect location and size home. We were in town for Honor Band. This was close to the school and restaurants. Had an issue with plumbing that was addressed immediately. Great communication. Wonderfully layed out home with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable.
