5 suites + full dependence

Ground floor: Large and comfortable living room with table (6 chairs), sideboard, sofa and tv. One suite with double box bed, single bed and closet. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, microwave, pipoqueira, suqueiras, blender and domestic appliances. Pantry, bathroom, toilet and dining room with 6 chairs. Complete dependence and garage.

Upper floor: 4 suites, all with closets, 2 suites with 1 double box bed and 1 single each, 1 suite with queen box bed and 1 suite with 3 box beds that can be converted into 1 king bed and 1 single. Large balcony and a living room.
Pool: large, with waterfall, space for children and whirlpool.
Barbecue: Electric with rotisserie, cooktop and freezer for alcoholic beverages.

Internet access (Wi Fi)

The condo is cut by a lake with walking path, cycling and wooded. Concierge with 24 hours security.

Foram dias muito agradáveis. Passamos 10 dias de muita praia e muito descanso. A piscina maravilhosa para relaxarmos quando voltávamos da praia. Área de churrasco, ótima. Férias que ficarão guardadas no coração.

Casa ótima para curtir com família e amigos. Casa completa, só falta trocar alguns móveis q vão estragando conforme o uso e maresia, tivemos contratempos de pia entupida externa q não teve como usar, mas foi perfeito tudo. Voltaremos.

Excelente estadia.

Instalações que acomodaram 12 pessoas com conforto. Ocupamos todo o tempo de 3 dias sem sair do imóvel usando jogos, piscina, churrasqueira, Tv, redes, mesa sinuca. Sr. Everaldo sempre muito atencioso e a diarista muito eficiente INDICO, A QUEM INTERESSAR POSSA!

Muito satisfatória

A casa tem um tamanho excelente, quartos com tamanhos muito bom, piscina ótima, tem todos utensílios de cozinha, som, Tv, internet, todo o necessário para diversão e conforto. O cond também está próximo à praia, bares, supermercado, etc...

Muito bom

Me hospedei com minha família. Casa grande, 5 suítes, todos os utensílios de cozinha (panelas, copos, talheres e etc). Seu Everaldo também é muito acessível e hospitaleiro. A casa precisa de uma pequena manutenção, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Excelente segurança no condomínio, perto de bares/restaurantes e mercado... Foi ótimo l!

Excelente localização, condomínio super seguro, as roupas de cama e banho novas e de excelente qualidade, ar condicionados novos, o proprietário nos atendia prontamente em qualquer duvida , a Márcia (cozinheira) sempre de bom humor, nos atendeu muito bem, com certeza voltaremos!

RECEPTIVIDADE NOTA MIL

Excelente imóvel para temporada em família. Precisa de uma pequena pintura para retirar infiltrações, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Ficamos em um grupo grande e passamos uma das nossas melhores férias. Sr Everaldo e sua esposa foram super prestativos e a Diarista (Márcia) nos atendeu com excelência. SUPER RECOMENDO.

Casa confortável

Excelente custo beneficio. A casa nos atendeu perfeitamente, pois estavamos em um numero grande de pessoas. As roupas de cama e banho também eram novas e de boa qualidade. A distância da praia permitiu que fossemos a pé, uma caminhada de uns 10-15 minutos. O Sr Everaldo foi muito simpático e nos atendeu sempre que precisávamos. Contratamos a Márcia (que cuidou do cafe da manha e arrumação da casa), uma pessoa muito legal!!!!!! Pretendo voltar em outras oportunidades. Ponto negativo: a casa precisa de manutenção - normal de casa de praia devido a maresia.

Toda a viagem foi perfeita e sem sustos. Desde a negociação 6 meses antes da viagem com o solícito e educado Sr.Everaldo até o nosso retorno para casa.
