Why they chose this property
What I like most about this property is that it’s very modern and beachy at the same time. I love this location because it’s minutes away from all the fun restaurants, bars, beaches, stores, but you can get away from it and not have to listen to all the hustle and bustle if you want to relax. Because it is located on a dead-end street. It’s very tranquil there. The city has many fun festivals throughout the year, which is another reason why I love this location. You also have different option of beaches that are as close as two minutes up to 20 minutes. The closest one to us is two minutes away is El balñeario de Boqueron. We also have Buye, combate, la pargera. Just to name a few.
