The house was excellent. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The patio is very nice, but the pool is small and therefore very warm even in May. The decks are a plus. The neighborhood is nice but not a lot of sidewalks for walking.

Location next to loud RV park, house is great. We had 6 of us and it was just right! Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Golf cart was a great add on!

In the time we've owned this home, we have never had any concerns raised regarding noise as the RV owners are permanent residents who are primarily retirees. I'm glad you liked the golf cart and the walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Overall the property was nice. The pool was not clean ( we had to get ALOT of sticks and leaves out) and hedges were overgrown on the walkway that the kids could barely fit through. There was an exposed plug in a bunk bed area that was very dangerous for small children . For the amount of money that we paid to stay, I will inquire other properties before this one.

Family vacation

Property was in a great location. Close distance to the beach and stores. The house was spacious enough for a family of 10. Property was not very clean and had several issues. While during our stay we arrived to more than 1 broken piece of patio furniture, dirty pool that had a leak and low on water, rented their golf cart that had inoperable turn signals, a piece of the BBQ grate broke off while cooking and there was a small leak in the kitchen. Overall, if there was a small investment to more maintenance in the upkeep of the property it would really be a perfect spot.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Treasures. The house was spotless, and having our own private pool was great. The kitchen has everything we needed. The golf cart was great, but the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ladies Weekend

The location and property were perfect for our ladies weekend. A wonderful kitchen with a 10 seat island that we literally hung out around all the time. Perfect location

Quiet street, great outdoor area and beautiful house. The golf cart is perfect to get to the beach and drive up the scenic road. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. So Much Room!

The property was super clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and had SO MUCH ROOM! We were down for a school related event and knew we'd have lots of visitors in and out. We were able to enjoy ourselves without being piled on top of one another. Great stay!

Amazing Home and close to the beach

We loved the home, it was clean and there was lots of space for the entire family. The beach was a 3 minute ride away on the golf cart and the chair service was a nice feature. The pool was great as we hung out there every day after the beach and we used the back yard to play cards in the evening. Finally Sue is a great host and was very helpful as we planned the stay.
