Overall good. Kids were excited about the pool but when we got there it wasn't as big as they'd hoped. So small in fact they didn't bother getting in the entire stay. Outside of the grass not being cut and the dryer being broken, the house was immaculate and in a safe area. We will surely be booking again!!

House was nice and very close to beach. Was shocked to see all the beach items and wagons for use. Only con was there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

This house was amazing! We had a group of 9, (4 adults and 5 young kids). The house was the perfect setup. Extremely clean, great part of destin, and an easy walk to the beach access. We loved every minute! The pool was also a nice thing to have at the end of every beach day and the fire bowl by the pool — ahhhh loved it so much. We were sad to leave!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your slice of paradise.

This property has so much potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was unacceptable.From the moment we walked in, we were shocked. The sofas in the living room were so dirty they looked black. We ended up covering them with blankets just so we could sit on them during the week. The dining room chair cushions were also filthy, so we removed them completely and used the chairs without the cushions.The rugs throughout the house were incredibly dirty. We rolled them all up because they were full of dirt and sand, and underneath them there was even more sand. The entire house, including the showers, was covered in sand. There were spider webs hanging from the kitchen light fixture. We spent our entire first day cleaning and didn’t finish until 3:00 a.m. Honestly, it felt like no one had cleaned the house before we arrived.Equally disappointing was the backyard. One of the main reasons we chose and paid for this property was to enjoy a private backyard with a pool for our family. Instead, the backyard was in terrible condition. The men in our group had to trim the overgrown plants and wash away the sand and grime with a hose before we could even use the area. It didn’t look like the yard had been maintained or landscaped in a very long time.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when renting a vacation home, and unfortunately this property failed completely in that regard.

What you described—dirty sofas and dining chairs, sand throughout the home, dirty rugs, spider webs, and an unmaintained backyard—is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. We are especially sorry that you spent your first day cleaning and were up until 3:00 a.m. trying to make the home comfortable. That is completely unacceptable for a vacation stay, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, particularly when the private pool and backyard were important reasons for choosing the property. We will be addressing these concerns with both our cleaning and property-maintenance teams. The condition you encountered should have been caught before your arrival, and we take responsibility for doing a better job of ensuring the home is properly cleaned, inspected, and maintained between guests. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We sincerely apologize that we did not provide the clean and enjoyable experience you expected and deserved.

Excellent house

The house was excellent. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The patio is very nice, but the pool is small and therefore very warm even in May. The decks are a plus. The neighborhood is nice but not a lot of sidewalks for walking.

The beach was great- short 6 minute walk

Location next to loud RV park, house is great. We had 6 of us and it was just right! Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Golf cart was a great add on!

Clean and modern

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Treasures. The house was spotless, and having our own private pool was great. The kitchen has everything we needed. The golf cart was great, but the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ladies Weekend

The location and property were perfect for our ladies weekend. A wonderful kitchen with a 10 seat island that we literally hung out around all the time. Bedrooms and baths were great and the coastal interior was beautiful. Our hosts were very available for any questions and information. Loved our stay!!!

Perfect location

Quiet street, great outdoor area and beautiful house. The golf cart is perfect to get to the beach and drive up the scenic road. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. Lots of stores and restaurants to get to on the golf cart and grocery stores a short drive away. We had a wonderful time.

So Much Room!

The property was super clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and had SO MUCH ROOM! We were down for a school related event and knew we'd have lots of visitors in and out. We were able to enjoy ourselves without being piled on top of one another. Great stay!
