Great place in Jacksonville for families

Very comfortable for our family of 5 to stay in this quaint house for 8 days/nights. I would recommend to anyone with a family or for a group stay, but especially for those on a budget as it was very inexpensive compared to other rentals closer to downtown (and in my opinion much nicer), and we didn't want to be downtown. Also only 10-15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from beaches. While it can technically sleep 10 as listed, I think it would be tight for more than 7 as it is an old house so the rooms aren't overly large, even though the beds are comfortable.

The property manager was extremely attentive to our needs. Courtesy was so refreshing and the response time to every request was phenomenal. One regret is that I did not get his name; it would be inserted here. He should be recognized for his care and efficiency.
