Welcome to our beautiful Tiny home —perfect for relaxing with your family and creating unforgettable memories. Our home is located within beautifully maintained gated campground and Marina with boat ramp,
Our space is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Secure your getaway now and start planning your perfect escape!
Our self-check-in space features a Modern Tiny Home with many custom features. Inside you will find a bedroom with Queen Bed. Loft space with 1 Full mattress and 1 twin-sized mattress and the living room with fold-out sofa (sleeps 2).
Outside, the porch/patio area features: Covered Patio with a BBQ grill with one burner stove. Ice maker. Dining Table with six chairs and Parking for dual jetski trailer or boat up to 23ft on our lot (no water docking allow)
Come watch the beautiful Key Largo sunset from the pool or a common area.
Escape to Key Largo Campground & Marina, just 50 miles south of Miami. Situated at Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside. We're conveniently located a quarter mile off U.S. 1 and just a mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, reachable within a short 7-minute drive. Immerse yourself in the ultimate experience with easy access to activities like snorkeling excursions, diving expeditions, kayaking, jet skiing and more.
**Upon check-in you will be asked for a $250 refundable credit card hold from the association. This is a regulation required for all guests staying in the community. This $250 is NOT a charge; it is just in case guest causes any damage to community property.
**All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be registered at the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must obtain a decal to enter the property. Additional vehicle $10.00 fee. 1 vessel (up to boat 23Ft or Jet-ski) per reservation.
**$25 one time boat ramp fee only if you bring a boat.
Guests will need to park their boat on our lot overnight. Docking on the water is not available to guests (reserved for community residents). Our lot has a 10FT x 47FT clearance for boat/trailer/vehicle parking.
Pet Policy: NO PETS!
