Worse Holiday

The host didn’t let me and family stay at the cabin and didn’t give the door code to walk in. We were driving a long distance and supposed to spend Christmas night somewhere else. The host is not responsible and was lying to us. Disappointed situation

Our house has a three-day minimum stay, the booking was for one day. We also have to confirm all bookings, and this was not confirmed, and we had no way to grand access as we were out of the country. Not ideal for Tetiana and I explained the error, not much more I could do while out of country.
