New contemporary Provencal style villa ideally located in a private, gated and secure domain . Just a 5 minute drive to the heart of Saint-Tropez and the world famous beaches of Pampelonne and a 5 minute walk to the beach of Golf d'Azure and the Five Star Hotel la Pinede.
The house sits in a luxurious garden with palm trees and a private heated pool.
The villa has four bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms, all with air-conditioning and flat screen TVs.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen , including a separate laundry room. On the first floor, there is a private bedroom suite with a king size bed and a bathroom. Three other bedrooms, including a master with a balcony , are located on the second floor. All three bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The covered veranda is equipped with a dining table and a barbecue.There is also another outdoor covered living area overlooking the pool.
