New contemporary Provencal style villa ideally located in a private, gated and secure domain . Just a 5 minute drive to the heart of Saint-Tropez and the world famous beaches of Pampelonne and a 5 minute walk to the beach of Golf d'Azure and the Five Star Hotel la Pinede.
The house sits in a luxurious garden with palm trees and a private heated pool.
The villa has four bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms, all with air-conditioning and flat screen TVs.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen , including a separate laundry room. On the first floor, there is a private bedroom suite with a king size bed and a bathroom. Three other bedrooms, including a master with a balcony , are located on the second floor. All three bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The covered veranda is equipped with a dining table and a barbecue.There is also another outdoor covered living area overlooking the pool.

Our stay at this Villa was absolutely perfect! The location is perfect and the villas is absolutely stunning. The yard surrounding the pool area is amazing so intimate and inviting. Daniele was so easy to work with and had people to assist us during our stay for cleaning, transportation, etc.. The property was well appointed with all the essentials. Could not have been happier. Close to the beach and town - a perfect location. We will return!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette si jolie maison, très fonctionnelle, propre, décorée simplement de blanc dont le jardin est impeccablement soigné avec ses palmiers impressionnants et sa pelouse éblouissante où règne un parfum de bonheur envahissant. Il ne manque rien à ce lieu si ce n'est une ou deux casseroles pour nous qui aimons recevoir. Extrêmement bien située par rapport à la plage et au village, le domaine de Castellane est un havre de paix. Nous y avons été très heureux.

We really enjoyed the house and certainly we will be in touch if we return for the event next year. It was a good experience all around. Great to have private bath for each bedroom, lovely outdoor spaces. Really hated to leave!

Great Place!

Great stay in Saint-tropez! I took my family to Saint-Tropez last May. It was a magnificent stay. The house is modern yet cozy, sunny and private. The garden is lush and the pool was heated and perfect. The location is ideal, very close to everything... the beach during the day and the town and the scene at night. I liked that we were in a private domain. It felt very secure. The house manager was very helpful and the house was immaculate. The bedrooms were very spacious as well as the walk-in closets . The house had a great feel. We hope to come back next year .
