Exciting week close to the city

We enjoyed the fact that the bus to Port Authority stops basically in front of where we were staying. Communication with our hosts was easy and the apartment had had everything we needed

Weekend break to see NYC and a football game

Property was great, host was awesome, bus link to NYC was superb - 25 minutes from the front door to midtown Manhattan. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this property! We have stayed here two times over the course of 8 years while visiting the area. Great communication with our hosts who are kind and helpful. We had a few questions and they responded right away. The apartment is well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 wks stay. Very convenient location for taking the bus into New York City. Great options for shopping and food within walking distance. The apartment got a little hot at night but I guess that is what is to be expected in summer in New Jersey. Family friendly and safe property. Washer and dryer and full kitchen were very helpful during our stay.

The best !!

There are not enough words to describe what an enjoyable experience we had staying at this property, everything is just perfect about it , its a clean , quiet and peaceful place and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful!! This property will be our #1 option next time we go to NY Birane & Patrecia are just the best , thank you so much for everything.

A Gem

A clean comfortable apartment providing all you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts, Birane and Patrecia, are caring, warm, and communicative. There is a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy beds, and washer/dryer. We will definitely stay again when in the area. An all around winner!

Amazing hosts and perfect stay!

Birane & Patrecia were the most perfect hosts! Birane met us at the door and gave us a full tour upon arrival. The property had everything we could need. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge help! Patrecia was quick to respond and was beyond helpful! She made getting in and out of NYC so easy! We could not have asked for a better property or hosts!

Best VRBO stay

The property owners are on site, they are a wonderful couple. We were very impressed with how stocked the kitchen is. Necessities were left for us to use: paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry supplies. Water bottles, menus to local restaurants, bus schedules and directions to the bus stop. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the area. We will stay again if in the area. You will not be disappointed. Beds are very comfortable!!

Highly Recommend

My sister and I had the good fortune to find Birane and Patrecia’s lovely clean apartment while a family member was in a NYC hospital. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided. The many appliances, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds were a plus. The kitchen is stocked with everything one might need. Our hosts, Birane and Patrecia, we’re accessible, helpful with bus schedules (stop right outside house) and any questions we had. They are wonderful people! We completely enjoyed our stay.

NYC Vacation

We picked this location because we wanted space, good value, yet close enough to go into NYC every day. This apartment (2nd floor of hosts house with private entrance) fit the bill. The bus stopped right at the corner near the house and we could easily get into and out of the city. Hosts were responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Comfortable beds and A/C worked well. We ordered food several times from local restaurants that were convenient (and often free delivery). A great option!

Urlaub in NY und NJ

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft passt genau. Alles ist sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großer Supermarkt für Lebensmittel liegt fußläufig um die Ecke. Die regelmäßig verkehrenden Busse bringen einen je nach Verkehrslage und Tageszeit in 30-40 Minuten direkt zur "Port Authority", dem zentralen Busbahnhof von NY, der unweit des Times Square liegt. Den Mietwagen konnten wir nach Absprache problemlos in der Einfahrt parken. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf

Fijn appartement boven de eigenaar, bijzonder aardige en hartelijke mensen. Bedden slapen lekker. Voor de deur wel een redelijke drukke straat. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Met de bus is het ca 40 min naar de busterminal midden in NY 42e straat. Leuk om door de buurten te rijden waar de echte Amerikanen wonen.

Perfect!!

The apartment is perfect for a family on vacation to New York City... Bus literally picks you up less than 100 ft from front door and takes you right downtown. Apartment is very clean and plenty of room.. every store that you could ever need is either a short walk or a short drive! Apartment is also loaded with everything that you could need for a week's stay!!!

Home away from home

A clean, bright, safe, and central place offering easy access to the city, local restaurants, and amenities. It was also well-stocked—from the basics to all the little things you do not realize you need until you need them. Patrecia and Birane were excellent hosts who regularly checked in to see where they could offer assistance. Make this your stop next time you are in the NYC area.
