Very well equipped property. Good location for beaches.Shops nearby. Host was exceptional, great communication, even provided us with a new travel cot/crib when we I enquired about one. Had an issue due to the previous guests, but this was rectified quickly.Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a long weekend in this lovely home with two other couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, and there was plenty of seating for us to eat together and just sit around and visit. Excellently stocked kitchen with a host who really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Outstanding! Fantastic location close to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. The house has everything you need for your stay and is so much nicer than a hotel when traveling with a group. Michael was a wonderful host and quick to respond to questions. My only regret is we weren't able to stay longer to enjoy the hot tub. Stop looking and book this spot before someone else gets it!

Michael was great to deal with. The house was clean and comfortable. Starbucks within walking distance was a nice amenity. Would stay again next time we’re in town.

I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Here are just the top reasons I considered when booking and how it really was.1- LOCATION - we had a multigenerational family reunion and we had to be near each other (a couple of big home rentals) and near the beach. This place was within 5 minutes of the beach! Daily Starbucks run was only 0.8 m away. The Publix was about a mile. Everything was so convenient.2- QUIET - we wanted a quiet place to retreat after spending time with the big fam so this rental was it! Located on a quiet street, the only noise we experienced was a neighbor's early morning weed whacking one morning. Other than that, there was no rowdiness from vacationers, drunken frat boys, crying babies, or raucous late night revelers. It was truly a home.3 - SPACIOUSNESS - I've never stayed at a home with two en suite bedrooms. This home with 3 full baths was great for our family of young adults and menopausal women! (iykyk!)4 - GREAT HOST - Part of our crew arrived earlier (airline booking mistake) and Mike generously let us check in early! His communications was prompt and kind. And unlike the other platform where those hosts charge you 250 for cleaning fee and then leave you a binder with tabs on all the chores you have to do or else you would be charged additional, Mike had only three simple requests: load the dishwasher and start it, put the trash out in the bin, and load the washer of used towels and start it. Simple and reasonable!

Great House and Location

4 families rented this house for a softball tournament. It was perfect. Space was great and clean. Lots of activies in the backyard for the kids to play. Close to the beach and restraurants. Master Bathroom was amazing, very spacious.

Nice spot for a large group near beach

This home has 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. 2 of the bedrooms have their own master bath. The home is well appointed with everything you need to cook meals for a large family or group. The home is clean and in a safe location. Laundry machines are full size

We travelled to the area for a family wedding. House was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We were surprised with how big it actually was - well designed with the bedrooms spread out. We didn’t have time for a beach visit (other than a lunch and a quick walk) but loved that chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were available for use. Neighborhood was nice and quiet - safe for walking and within good driving distance of restaurants and the areas we needed to be for the wedding. Owner, Michael, was very responsive to any messages and made check-in and check-out smooth and seamless. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area!
