It’s a 10 minute boat ride to the island via Water Taxi. We are the second home to the right from of the dock. Upon arrival, there is a caddy at the house to tote your belongings from the dock to the home.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Wash, dry and put up all dishes cups and silverware. -Take all dirty linens and place them in the hallway where the washer is - Wash and dry all dirty towels
-Take all your trash off the island with you, if left $50 per bag.🚨You can pay Eldred's Marina if you don't have the room in your car -leave house key in kitchen -Turn off all lights -Turn AC to 75
-Return the dock cart to under the home by exterior stairs -Leave a review on: on AirBnB, VRBO -On your social media post, use the hashtag #LGIBeachhairdontcare - write in guest book ❤️
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not set a/c below 72 degrees; keep windows and doors closed at all times ( the salt water will corrode everything)
Wipe off oil, butter, bacon grease, etc. off dishes before putting in the sink, this can and will ruin the septic system.

Jamie is amazing as is her place. Fabulous time on LGI! The place was in great shape with outstanding amenities. That's by far the best VRBO stay I have experienced. Great communication from Jamie, the home is well stocked and well kept. I don't worry about giving it such a high rating as I don't want to compete with y'all to stay there next year.
