Você se prepara para a viagem de férias com sua família (idosos e crianças juntos), aluga um local que aparentemente parece ser o ideal e quando chega a decepção te encontra;
1º Dia - Chegamos e pedreiros dentro da casa, e uma sujeira de pó de obra por todos os lados, depois de reclamar sem sucesso ainda teve o barulho da obra em si para "ajudar"
2º Dia - Depois de limpar a casa no dia anterior, fomos acordados pelo barulho da makita às 07:00 hs da manhã, sim é isto mesmo, você está de férias e os funcionários do dono do local que você alugou pra descansar te "acordam" neste horário e de novo o barulho dura o dia inteiro. As janelas dos quartos de cima ficam a vista de uma janela da obra, onde os pedreiros podem ver você sem nenhum problema. Em relação a obra a promessa é que não iriam trabalhar no fim de semana.
3º dia (sábado) - Marteladas adivinhem a que horas ? 06:53 hs da manhã, sim é isso mesmo que você está lendo e depois continuou por todo o dia. Neste dia a água acabou também, a bomba pegou ar, pois a cisterna alimenta a casa e a obra. A também teve a grande presença das formigas que surgiam adivinha da onde ?
4º dia (domingo) - Neste dia não vai ter obra....., sim vai ter obra, ai foi demais, juntei as coisas e fui embora mesmo tendo mais um dia pela frente.
Os banheiros, cozinha e quarto do térreo não tem saída de ar, isso mesmo, não tem janela e naquele calor típico do Rio você imagina como fica.
Até agora estou pensando como uma pessoa dessas consegue estragar as férias de clientes dele. Joguei fora minha viagem de férias por causa de uma pessoa gananciosa sem menor critério pra nada.
Li o comentário do rapaz que foi em Dezembro e não quis acreditar, mas aconteceu exatamente ou até pior que o dele. Como eu gostaria de mandar as fotos que tirei para as pessoas que estão vendo pra alugar e evitar a decepção delas, mas vou avisar a vocês que o proprietário da casa é o dono da padaria focaccia e se alguém tiver o mesmo problema que eu pode ir lá falar com este cidadão.

Fico a Desejar!!!
No anúncio vem que está com 3 banheiros e são só 2.,O gás acabou,a bomba da água estrago e tivemos que perder tempo enchemos a Caixa d'água e foi nós mesmo pq o Proprietário demorava vim e teve dia que nem foi lá se não fosse nós ficaríamos sem água deu muito transtorno e pra variar sem TV por 3 dias...a casa está abafada pq o Proprietário está construindo do lado e um cheiro de mofo !!!

Obrigada por sua avaliação, em relação a água, a bomba é novinha e foi instalada na semana, só que houve alfum problema na instalacao que gerou esse transtorno, mas eu e meus funcionarios no maximo que levamos foi 30 minutos para chegar na residencia para sempre darmos uma solução.
Em relação à TV o sinal e da Sky e foi problemas de sinal, que devido ser Natal o técnico do veio na terc a feira solucionar o problema.
Em relação a modo na residencia eu desconheço em qualquer ambiente, pois sou rigoroso na faxina.
No tocante à a casa estar abafada não procede o relato de o motivo é a obra ao lado, e sim que nesses dias a temperatura estava muito alta é o clima abafado.
Em relação ao gás de cozinha, qdo acabou nos entregamos outro em no máximo 5 minutos.
A única reclamação que procede é sobre o número de banheiros que foi reduzido para dois em visturde de um banheiro na área de serviço que foi disponibilizado para os funcionários da obra em anexo.
Desde já no minhas desculpas por qualquer insatisfação.
