A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.
Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 8 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.
There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
Please note that our home does have exterior cameras
We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.

Beautifully updated throughout and stunning sunset views across the water as the deer stroll by makes this a must stay at home! The master bedroom features a king bed and newly renovated ensuite with a fantastic multi-jet walk-in shower to enjoy after a long day at the parks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. There is a second 4pc bath for the three bedrooms, and a 2pc bath on the main level. The main floor features a large well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, overlooking the open concept dining/living rooms. Our home is equipped with a fibre optics wifi system giving optimal speeds. We will begin your stay with a starter kit of essentials in the home, giving you the chance to get in, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.
Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and many more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, restaurant and games room. The pool area is equipped with free wifi for you to use.
