Wonderful

I stayed at Ivan's villa in Belgrade and it was amazing. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had everything I needed. Ivan was a great host and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious, and the outdoor area, and the SPA was perfect for relaxing. The villa was also in a great location for exploring Belgrade's sights and attractions. I highly recommend staying at Ivan's villa for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.

Amazing villa, amazing hosts, amazing experience!

Phenomenal villa with all the amenities anyone can ask for. The pool was amazing and at the perfect temperature, sound system with zones all over the villa, plenty of living space and a huge backyard for entertaining. This is THE quintessential party pad! I would highly recommend this place. Nikolas, who took care of us, was the most amazing host and ensured him and his staff took care of our each and every need. From restaurants to VIP service at all the top clubs, Nikolas is the man!! We look forward to our next trip..

Both Ankur & Johny were one of the most amazing guests I had. So very polite and intrested in learning about culture & food of Serbia. I had a chance to spend more time with them and show them around Belgrade and we simply bonded and became friends. I am very happy in meeting both of them and hoping we will stay friends forever. They kept the house clean as if their own and I wish to have more guests like them.

The host was so nice. He is a FIXER! He can fix u with everything you want in Belgrade, with good local prices. He is well known in the night life there and as his guests you enjoy this benefit as well. The villa was very nice and clean. The pool was not warm enough but we was told about it and they are adding an other room to the villa now that will make the visa even more nice and fancy. We had a great WKD there. Better then any hotel, the location is also very close to everything

Amzing house, amazing holiday, amazing country

What a wonderful experience of Serbian hospitality.. Ivan and his brother Nicolas warmly welcomed us to their large home. After a long flight a local beer and “rakia” was just what we needed!!! It was a remarkable stay at villa Belgrade. The place has everything you need, it's modern, clean, comfortable, pool was clean and heated. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming to Belgrade for years most Summers. Ivan's house is by far the best I have stayed in. The house is 5 star hotel quality, even with a well stocked mini fridge. Very clean, tidy and secure. Ivan is a lovely, trustworthy fellow with exceptional English skills. He even gave me a mobile WIFI dongle to use whilst away from the apartment exploring Belgrade.We will be back next year and staying at this place again. Thanks Ivan!

outstanding time in an amazing villa!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Ivan and his brother Nicholas were our family away from home. They treated us like family and made us feel so comfortable. From the moment we reached there until the day we left they made sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful, clean and even better than any hotel. They truly made our stay (and birthday) that more special and one I will never forget. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Incredible house in quiet part of Belgrade. Made for relax and fun, also good for business meetings. Modern furniture, great amenities, perfect owner. Swimming pool is such a great addon to this already gorgeous house. Ivan as owner is speechless. Great communication, tips for nightlife and great accessibility. So recommend.

Beautiful Villa in a great location!

Ivan has a beautifull home which feels comfortable in every way. I felt very much at home and we definitely enjoyed the pool on the property. Ivan was awesome in every aspect . He made sure that nobady took advantage of us and with him we felt extremely safe in Belgrade. Wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.
