WE WILL BEGIN TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2027 SEASON ON OCTOBER 1st 2026
Pine Row Manor features a main house with four bedrooms and two baths and a one bedroom apartment with a private bath and full kitchen. Guests can choose to rent the whole house as a five bedroom three bathroom home (the private apartment can be opened up to join the main house), a four bedroom two bath home, or simply a one bedroom apartment. A Pine Row Manor features central air-conditioning, an open family living plan/kitchen and living area, an additional kitchen in the family suite and wireless high speed internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The house features vaulted cathedral ceilings and sky lights in the living room, washer/dryer and cable TV. There is a large furnished deck off of the living room with spectacular views of the valley! Outside amenities include a large yard which is great for practicing or playing baseball. There is a gas grill for bbq's. This house is perfect for enjoying a team gathering! This home is located next to A Mountain View Manor House which is accessible by walking on a 400 foot long trail which includes a small bridge.

Lovely home & location

We stayed at this house for our son to play at Dreams park in Cooperstown. It’s a beautiful location and great size house. The house is much more attractive than the pictures show. Robert is a lovely property manager & very friendly & communicative.

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams park. It was a quick 10-12 min drive and was so nice to have the space for our family and dog. The house was well equipped, clean and perfect for our stay. During our stay, the host was staying on the property (in basement apt), he was wonderful and helpful, but good to know that that may be the case. Also note, if you are renting as a 5 bedroom (the lock out) is actually upstairs, not down like some may presume. We had an amazing stay and would def consider staying again. It was extra amazing that we could have our pup with us!!

Overall great stay

We thought the house was perfect for our stay. Perfect location to and from Cooperstown Dreams Park& also to Downtown Cooperstown. I think it should be noted that the owner lives on the property- which is not in the description. I never stay in a VRBO with the owner or property manager on-site . For me it’s a safety issue. But since I was staying there with 2 other adult males- I felt safe. The owner decided to mow the lawn one day while we were there. Which we felt should have been done when we left or before we arrived. Considering he wants you out of the house by 9am. Also I think you should put in the Description that the owner expects you to clean the house before leaving. Sweeping and vacuuming. Which makes me wonder why we pay extra for it. Again the house has lots of room- perfect location perfect for a big family..

Great property for a large family or families. The field is amazing for the kids to play in and it had a great deck and a beautiful view. The location is very convenient to both Dreams Park and town of Cooperstown. The check-in and check-out processes were both very easy.

My family and friends truly enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown. The property is spacious and a great get away from the city. It was cozy, charming and clean. Our dog Biscuit was in heaven!! It usually takes him a moment to warm to a new place but he was rolling around and doggy smiling immediately. It was his home away from home. The owners are very kind and just good people. We left laundry in the dryer and an important souvenir from Hall of Fame for my son. They found it and offered to send it immediately. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for contributing to our memorable stay!

The owner of the house was awesome. The home had everything! He def thinks of all the little things. We loved staying here. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were hard. That is the only thing I can think of. It’s time for new soft comfy mattresses. We stayed there while our son was at Cooperstown. It’s about a 10minute drive to Dreams Park. We grilled out one night. Loved his patio set up but hot tub was in pics but not included so that was a bit disappointing for us moms. But overall… a great house.
