Rows of windows open the space to an expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable décor. Full Size Washer and Dryer for your use! The double size balcony facing the Gulf is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset. Free wireless Internet.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. For a fun twist, don't miss the pirate ship rides! It's the perfect spot for a day of family fun, adventure and relaxation by the water.

Treasure Island is located just north of St. Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach and boasts miles of stunning white-sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico, while the Boca Ciega Bay waterways border the east side of the island. Lands End Paradise!

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning overlooking the gulf coast waters. The beach was only about 200 feet away and never crowded so we spent our days relaxing. There are so many great restaurants to try in the area, we had a great time trying new places to eat in the evenings. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!!!

Plan B

We came to Land's End as a Plan B after the hurricane destroyed Ft. Myers Beach where we had been going for years. The resort was very nice, the beach view room was beautiful and the location incredible. We really enjoyed going to new bars and restaurants and making new friends everywhere we went. Everyone was so friendly. Just booked to return in January.

Amazing place

It was heavenly. From checking in , to checking out and everything in between.The million dollar view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the beach, the boardwalk around the complex, stocked up kitchen good enough for a restaurant chef, clean spacious condo, easy access from parking, beach chairs, umbrella, kids sand toys, I can go on and on.Everything gets A+++. Some reviews mentioned that it’s a little outdated , but it adds a charm to this ocean view property. Walking distance to playground or restaurant. But the best part is responsiveness of the management. We had plugged tub when we arrived (hey it happens) I called and they were there same day. It’s not if we are going back, it’s when! Hopefully soon. Thank you.

Some Disappointments

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo just as the pandemic was evolving at a rapid pace. Rental Resorts would not accommodate a refund or credit for another time. Very disappointing when so many other businesses were making adjustments and sacrifices due to the unique circumstances. Therefore, we elected to rent as planned. We arrived at the check in time outlined in the agreement. Unit was not ready. We were understanding and gave additional time. After an additional two hours, we arrived to the unit, unpacked and found the bathrooms dirty. This was brought forward and bathrooms then cleaned the next day. Overall, the unit needs a deep clean as splashes of beverages were found on some walls. Dishwasher needs replacing.Positives: excellent beachfront location with views of sunset every evening.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely location. Our condo had a great layout, with a very well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. The beach was wonderful, warm water and beautiful white sand. We had a bit of an issue with the pool worker rules forbiding my kids the use of floats while other kids had them. We were threatened to be evicted unless we complied, so we did, but kids' safety should come first and all guests treated the same. Anyway, we decided to spend more time on the beach and less at the pool so my kids could use their floats and play safely.

I will pass on your comments to the Lands End Management Association so they can address it with their staff. I do know that arm floats, noodles and other life preserving type items are permitted in the pool but regular floats are not. Again I apologize for the way the situation was handled and do hope you will stay with us again in the future.

Love the area, restaurants, the view--great sunsets, etc. Appreciate owners providing new furniture for master bedroom. We now have a lot of storage. Kitchen is well stocked with just about all food prep items. Great amenities with one suggestions--since floors are now tile replace sweeper with electric sweeper broom &/or Swifter or Steam mop. RR needs to insure that cleaning company does inside as well as outside of stove/oven. Check wiring for ceiling fan/light-- it turns off & on it's own. So looking forward to going back in 2015!!
