Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- This home is equipped with 2 parking spaces: 1 in the drive way and 1 carport space in the rear. No Additional Parking.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Checkin was easy, the short walk to Beach was excellent! Short walk to town and all the fun restaurants, shopping and bars excellent. On the Free trolley line. Excellent. The chairs on the deck outside of bedrooms were not there. Tried to find out why. Never got update. Lacking on large frying pans for 6 people. Wish more towels. Over all good but could have provided the additional items mentioned

Friendly and so close to beach. Appreciate the wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Rooftop is nice feature, beautiful view of sunsets. Hot tub was out of order and umbrella needs repair but we were at the beach

great location

overall we had a great stay! easily accommodated 6 people comfortably.our check-in was a little bumpy as the electronic lock on the door was not working and it took over an hour of waiting to get inside. the management company was very responsive about it but unfortunately it wasn't working for them as well. once we were able to enter, all was fine after that. the place provided beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella but all were well used and several of the chairs and the umbrella were broken. they did give us a few more chairs to use, i assume because of our check-in issues. overall the place was as described, it was nice having a separate living area from the bedrooms for those who wanted to stay up later. it would have been nice to have a few more towels as there were just 6. i would suggest that they provide hand towels for the bathrooms as well. with all being said, i would stay here again. it is a great set up, can't beat the location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Unfortunately we did have a shortage of towels at the time but we recently got a new shipment so there won't be any more shortages going forward.

Limited after hours communication. Management assured me that my delivered items would be at the unit when we arrived since it was after hours and the items were not there. Living room TV did not work and required a PIN entry which was reported on Sunday and no one came until Thursday to attempt to troubleshoot on which they stated that this was placed by the owner so the TV could not be used. Floors were not very clean. Numerous stains to white carpet throughout first floor living space. No black out curtains in rooms. The washer appeared to have mold around the door. Poor communication for recycling policy and beach access directly behind the unit. Otherwise good location for the village access.
