Villa Prima is a luxurious 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths at Las Brisas, an exclusive cluster with its private pool, playground, parking and security. Our guests have access to Wyndham’s 5 Restaurants, Bars, Casino and Mandara Spa. Also, 2 championship golf courses: the Ocean and River and 13 tennis courts at it corresponding fee.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped by a team of seasoned travelers. It has a living room with 60” Google LCD TV, well equipped and stocked kitchen, balcony terrace, laundry room, WiFi, cable TV, fully A/C, 40" Smart TV in every room and more...

I can’t say enough good things about this villa! Vanessa was a very gracious host and it’s exactly like it was listed. The view of the golf course was amazing and it was just a quick drive over to the beach and the Wyndham RioMar. Their were 8 of us total staying there and it fit us perfectly. We were very happy with our stay!

The condo was very spacious and worked well for our family. The host connected with us prior to the trip and met us at the property to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated her willingness to help us get settled as we arrived in the evening and were getting familiar with the area. The location was very convenient to access the rainforest national park, beaches and about 45 minutes to Old San Juan. We had a great time exploring the island. The pool is very close to the property and we used it almost every day of the trip. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Host and villa/apartment were amazing. Kids loved the private pool for the villa just a few minutes walk from the apartment. 5 minute drive to the private beach with beach front parking. Resort and villa extremely safe and well kept. 15 minutes from a nice grocery store to stock the kitchen for the week. 15 minutes from the rainforest. Cannot beat the value of this stay with the location and quality/cleanliness of the apartment. Host does an impeccable job maintaining the property. Plenty of places to sleep and very family friendly. 10/10 would recommend

This place is beautiful, just like the pictures. This was my annual family trip; there were 7 adults and two teens (13/15). There was room for all of us. My nieces slept on the bunk beds, and the beds were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were very sturdy. All the beds were comfortable. There is a laundry room; we purchased our own detergent. Also, there are brooms and a dustpan in the laundry room. We made sure to sweep up every morning to keep the villa clean.There is an outdoor balcony with a table and four chairs; we all took turns using it. Early morning coffee with the view was so relaxing. The dining table is big enough for 8.The hosts were both so great and attentive. One of them called me two days before my flight and filled me in on the do's and dont's and gave some basic information. The day we arrived, they texted, and they knew my flight had arrived, and they told me they would be heading to the villa to meet us. One of the hosts met us and went over everything in detail. The resort is gorgeous and safe and in a great location, 10 minutes from the Rainforest, and 15 minutes from Luquillo Beach,30 minutes from Fajardo. We truly had a great week. This was our first stay at this location; definitely not our last

We weee greeted by an amazingly helpful and insightful host. The property was more than enough room for our family of 7, situated on an extremely safe property. The property is situated near destinations we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay again!

The home worked well for our intergenerational family of six. Kids and parents upstairs, grandparents on first floor. Having three bathrooms was great. It was helpful having laundry facilities. The pool is just about a block away, although we spent more time at the beach than the pool. We felt very safe being in the gated community, although you do need to drive everywhere.We found the close proximity to Luquillo Beach and Yunque rainforest very handy, and there were nearby grocery stores.

Amazing place!

This was a great property for our family of 6. Easy access to the pool and a short 3 min drive to the beach - or you can do the 10 min walk. Unit itself was perfect with extra blankets, laundry amenities, and basic kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful villa

The villa is very clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was very easy access to the beach and pool area. There are great places to eat around Rio mar. I will highly recommend staying there in this place again.
