Modern studio in historical area

Spacious, attractive studio. The architecture is a combination of old and new, with excellent lighting and natural ventilation. On the ground floor there is a lounge-dining room (with optional extra bed), a small kitchen for preparing simple meals (breakfasts, etc.) and a full bathroom (with shower). Above there is a double bed and a little writing desk.
This is an old home that we have renovated ourselves (a couple of Austrian and Chilean architects), based on criteria of functionality and efficiency. Ideal for couples, adventurers and families (with/out children).
We are located in an old, historical neighborhood, where local people live. A short walk from Prat Dock, Plaza Sotomayor, the National Council for Culture and the Arts, the Lord Cochrane Museum, the Artillera elevator and lookout point, the Naval Museum, and much more.
